Any chance of SFV?

I would love it.

Thanks to the "joycon" being removable there is no fear to send the whole thing to repair after trashing the controls in a scrubby moment.

even with the tiny controllers you could have some portable shoryuken action agaisnt friends.

It is such a good idea I am pretty sure capcom will ignore it.

Forgive the man's speech impediment but he does make some good points! (and made me realise how 'advanced' Mario 64 was in a lot of areas compared to the newer games)

Super Mario 64 is a total masterpiece and still unsurpassed in the field of 3D platforming.

Of course,  PC is digital Switzerland in the games industry

For Street Fighter, I think that is partially down to who they want to appeal to with the game, PlayStation usage in Asia ain't high enough to go full exclusive, it's the reason Kazunori Yamauchi thought about bringing his exclusive Sony-owned game series to the PC many years ago.

Dead excited about this, but still worried that it's going to change what DS is all about.

I don't want to play AAA games on the go, I want to play handheld stuff that's the perfect match for the system. And that's what the 3DS has been delivering for years.

No reason to believe this won't still have both of those things, I mean that's the whole point of it!

Great video. However it does reinforce why I think that there's no way that Mario Switch will be what that guy (and me) is hoping for, if it's a launch title. What he's describing is a colossal undertaking and I can't see Nintendo pushing out such a monumental title at launch, alongside Zelda. A title we already know is itself huge in design and scope.

If I'm going to get the new Mario game I'm wishing for then I'm hoping that the reveal on Friday will also be announcing Mario's much later release date! That would make far more sense, imo anyway.

I'm not being judgemental at all until we see more, but I hope so.

My very early impressions make me think the whole point of it is 'take your games with you', though, which is more targeted at the home console market (with the 3DS I'm already taking my games with me).

It just suggests there's a fair chance it'll emphasise things like a Skyrim remaster over, say, the next Pocket Jockey.

But when they prove me wrong this is going to be the best console of all time.

If there's a Mario at launch, would that be the first time we've had the both the heavy hitters on day one?

In a way I hope they aren't both on launch, I would lose at least 6 hours of launch day going back and forth what one to play!!!

€150? Fucking hell!!

That's pretty typical pricing for an arcade stick of that quality, unfortunately. My PS4 stick was £200 but I've used it for thousands of hours already so I got my money's worth.

I'd be more cautious in buying the Switch stick since there are currently no confirmed games suited to it and the ones I'd guess (Tekken, Marvel vs Capcom Infinite, Injustice 2) I'd be more likely to buy on PS4 anyway, since that seems to be this gen's choice for fighters (though I might double dip on some for portable fun).

If the stick works for PC out of the box as well I might consider it, though!

I can't believe it's 20 years old. The Galaxy games come close, but aside from those what else have we had in that time?

I disagree massively that Mario needs more story though. Why does everything need a story these days? Mario especially? Bowser kidnaps Peach and away we go, that's all we need to know. Keep the dialogue for Paper Mario.

Yeah story doesn't have to be in everything. 64 did it perfectly. 64 did everything perfectly.
