I’ve started to favour the grip over the Pro Controller for certain games recently after not using it once since launch day.

 

Lumines, Puyo Puyo Tetris, and Mario Tennis Aces are all more comfortable with it even without taking into consideration how bad my launch Pro’s d-pad would be for the first two.

It's...OK. It's like a drier version of NBA Jam, without any great sense of excitement. It's also needlessly grindy to unlock various courts and players, and I think you can pay to unlock which really takes the piss. It's one of the 25% of games I wish I could refund.

Not conservative, cynical. They know limited edition colours sell well but because the machine is already selling well they don't need the sales boost.

 

It'll be cheaper to keep churning the standard colours out too.

Turns out I would have lost my bet with Kirby if he was still here. Switch sold 19.67 million up to the end of June. :lol:

 

Edit: Hardware down 4.5%

Software up 120.6% :blink:

If software sales have jumped so much surely that's encouraging for developers? In turn more developers on board means more games, more games means more buyers of the console? Circle of life and all that hopefully?
