Would love PUBG on Switch!

Given it runs like a bag of shit on a console magnitudes more powerful than the Switch I can only imagine the hot mess it would be - luckily they are spending more time in court than attempting to release on popular consoles so can’t see it happening!

Wut!

Surely that's not too far out of leftfield? That's 16 retail games bought on release or 10 retail games and a load of Indies....

Splatoon 2

Mario

Zelda

Xenoblade

Mario Kart

Arms

Skyrim

FIFA

LA Noir

Mario and Rabbids

Doom

Donkey Kong

Puyo Puyo Tetris

Fire Emblem Warriors

Hyrule Warrior

Minecraft

Dragon Quest Builders

Rocket League

Stardew

Celeste

Oxenfree

Tumbleweed Park

Night In The Woods

Blossom Tales

Super Mario Bros

Vostok

Pool Arena

Enter The Gungeon

Binding Of Isaac

Steamworld Dig 2

Golf Story

The Flames In The Flood

I'd say that's £800 Well spent to be fair, surely I'm not alone, there must be people on here that have a shit ton more games than me

I got my Switch in November, and since then I’ve bought:

Mario Cars

Odyssey

Neon Chrome

Enter the Gungeon

Rubbish Earth Wars, a mistake at £4

Zelda, which I just bought off someone on here.

I make the tally £147, and I’ve hardly bought anything really so I can see how the spends can ramp up.

True to form, most of them I've hardly played.

On a related note, wanting to support single player games, I preordered The Evil Within 2 for X1 last year at launch for £36.

Haven't played it once and saw it for £5 new this week. That's the current "must not buy a new game until I've finished the old ones" inspiration.

I expect that resolve will last until the E3 preorder deals appear.

I don't think I personally have paid any money for my switch and games. Actually I paid for Bayonetta but haven't played that yet.

Switch, Zelda and DLC Pass - 30th Birthday present from family

Mario Kart Deluxe

Golf Story

Sonic Mania

Mario Odyssey

Namco Museum - All purchased using a reward gift card I got from BT when getting broadband

Rocket League - bought with eShop voucher I was given as a gift

Splatoon 2 - Christmas present

Still have a £15 eShop voucher I got for my birthday this year and a £50 Amazon voucher I got from work at Christmas that will likely be used for a Switch related purchase. And think I'm due another reward gift card from BT soon for taking out a phone contract with them.

How big are Switch games, generally? I want to keep an eye out for sales on SD cards (eg, Amazon have an A1 256gb card today for $90).

I've filled my 128gb, think I'm going to bite the bullet and get a 400gb, Games like LA Noir, even if you buy the cart it has a 14gb Update before you can play, space soon fills up

Just in case you're not aware, you can always just buy multiple smaller cards if you don't want to shell out for a high capacity one.

Related, any tips for opening the kick stand and actually getting at the SD card? It's so stiff I thought I was going to break it, or rip the soft coating. I've only managed to open it once.

Generally, an Anker or RAVPower in a good capacity.

I happen to own this, which would power a switch to Australia.

Got this today, doesn’t have the grunt to play and charge :/ sending back and will get a different one tomorrow.

I'll have to get the wife to try, I can't hey y my nails under it.

What's the IR sensor in the right joy con for, waggle stuff? Do I need to keep the dock in line of sight of where we play? If not, I'm going to move the dock out from under the TV, make it easier to dock and undock.

Labo mostly, and a couple of mini games in 1-2 Switch.

I've also got a difficult to open kick stand, like really solidly shut, it takes me a knife to get it open, the recesses are too small to prize open with my fingers. I ask my Mrs to do it as shes a nail technician with nails like fucking concrete

Not to be patronising but I feel you have to also press inwards to open the kickstand flap, not just flip it out. Strange design decision but I can normally get it out without too much fuss (wahey!), it's technique over tools, as far as I can tell.

I read that, but then I have to apply force on the screen in a sort of pinch. Basically, I'm trying to do it without putting it face down or touching the screen. I think I just need to watch a video :) Was expecting someone like my Surface, which just tilts out.
