There's a surprise. I suppose somebody had to say it :D

Just mark that off on my daily rllmuk bingo card.

Haha, it doesn't seem a bit pointless now. It's like saying music is a great fit for iPods.

Possible bargain from Game:

They're doing £10 off a game if you buy a £15 or £25 eShop credit card. Virtually all the games are £10+ more expensive than everywhere else as is par for Game, but Dragon Quest Builders is £35 (cheapest elsewhere I can see is £31) and Fire Emblem Warriors is £36 (£35 elsewhere), so if you're after credit anyway you'll get these for effectively £25 and £26 respectively.

So I definitely didn't get Dragon Quest Builders.

As I very rarely use my Switch undocked would it be ok to lay the dock flat with the screen facing up?

I just ask as this would take up less room under the TV.

I'd imagine that would mess up all the heat dissipation/chimneying, and risk melting your Switch.

I keep my dock tucked behind the TV and just pop it out to the side when I'm playing. Initially a toddler defence mechanism, but I quite like it this way.

I think I’ll bring my Hori mini-stand in to work just to avoid having to use it. Got it from CEX in exchange for trader trash, and it’s kind of going spare at home.

Aww, yisss.

Much better - a good lunch break. Also, blue and pink is the best joycon combo.

Someone recommend an arcadey two-player downloadable game for me while I'm stuck inside due to ice and snow. Have played Neo Turf Masters to death already. Something like that which I can play with a non-gamer; fine. :)

Shock Troopers or Metal Slug.

It only stores the last twenty games played apparently as well, according to the Switch settings info on the system itself. Not a huge deal really.

Yep, to check my hours on DQB I had to dig into the save files memory and delete the save games for demos etc. Scary stuff. But any new games and I’m stuffed for checking hours played until we have some kind of save back ups, or they expand the available space.

There are other games like Metroid and Bayonetta announced, but Yoshi's the only confirmed one for later this year isn't it? I'm sure they'll be a couple of things we don't know about coming too. Pikmin 4 has been in development  for a while.

Not a great first half of 2018 for new releases.

At least Labo looks ace though.

Fire Emblem is yet to be dated, and Mario Tennis Aces.
