Wait, they said Sony now accepts that Pockets wasn't responsible.

Well literally the only other possibility then is that Sony didn't secure the account properly, which they deny.

Did Shergar do it or something. Using that Shergar Megadrive Anne was talking about?

That was brilliant! Great job all around! Surprisingly tough and clear.

The Horrible Histories / Game of Thrones bit was highly enjoyable. If only they could have explained the lack of support for two factor authentication using magic beans or something it would have been perfect.

Quite enjoyed it, just wish they had a Sony exec in the studio and a nice argument with lots of ums and ars.

Shame they didn't mention the killer point that both parties - the victim and the fraudster - get their content removed or their consoles banned, meaning Sony pocket the stolen funds. Nice little earner for them! Kind of pays to have a shoddy security with that policy in place.
