Well, following on from my letting you all down every Tuesday so far this year - I'm sorry to say that I wont be online tomorrow as I'm away at an expo.

Yeah myself and the other 2 are around so we should be able to find one more.

Lets just rinse through this as quick as possible and get onto hard mode. 

 

Speculation going around that new content wont be available till you hit 400 with any expansion or extra missions etc.

They won't lock out legacy players who gave so much time in year one and two but not three, and if they do- they'll make it easy enough to get to 400.

 

I'm running behind but will on later.

Welcome back! Hope you had a wonderful time. I'm sticking to ps4 as i probably dont have the time anymore for more than one console. I'll likely change to a pro if theres a good deal/the old one conks out. 

I've already preordered destiny 2, as that means there should be beta access in june!

happy to join in if we have a go - the redone raids are pretty good fun, and crota in particular is good plus the challenge modes are doable fairly easily when they roll around.

Im defo up for D2 and will be getting it on the PS4 maybe the Pro but will be up for galavanting around the place with you lot. Count me in.

Not sure if Ill be on much over the next 2 weeks, but pre-ordered as well so hopefully get access to BETA.

Pre ordered today, so I'll be there for the midnight launch (on my sofa).

 

It looks great. We should check out what clans have to offer.

 

However, it's my wife birthday on the 9th so I will not be on over the weekend

Serious consideration going into selling the PS4 and upgrading to a Pro for this...amongst other games.

I assume D2 will benefit from the Pro? I hope so. I'm not ditching the PS community for an XBoneone that's for sure!

I am pre-ordered so definetly beta-ing.

i didnt think that the pro was going to make any difference to destiny 2, but that said le chuck said he thought there was less stuttering in the raid so dunno. I'll change to pro when my PS4 dies or there's an amazing sale as I need to change my TV too to get full benefit...

The odd bit of frame-rate aside (and it is odd - just that bit in Oryx where he punches the ground to helpfully let you know where to stand, and the bit where the snow plough gets a kick start) there's no difference at all in D1 between my PS4 and my Pro. I don't expect there to be much difference in D2 either - maybe a bit more than that, but they've clearly specced it for PS4 and Xbox, not the upgraded machines.

So launch night is approaching - and I have moved my gaming rig upstairs in anticipation. (by which I mean we now have a dog and yeah - sod that).

 

On launch night it might be fun to start a party chat and for those of us playing through the first few missions to commentate on their struggle, hate of the new mechanics and whining about specials.
