Just watched this and loved it. I think it deserves it's own thread. It's a thriller that reminds me a lot of The Terminator. The soundtrack is brilliant, pure 80s driving synth tracks.


Dan Steven's is an ex-soldier who visits the family of a deceased squad mate. That's the set up, pretty minimal, but the rest is best left unsaid. These tracks above pretty much tells you the mood of the film. I'd avoid watching a trailer.

Saw this last night and really enjoyed it. While I found the sudden shift to black comedy jarring in You're Next it suits this film much better. And the soundtrack is brilliant.

It's by no means a better film than You're Next, which is brilliant, but I think it may be on a par although a very different kettle of fish.

Oh, and the two main kids are superb.
