I'm secretly hoping all Access members will get to play the Mirrors Edge beta. It's the kind of thing I think they should be making part of the service.

it's listed as "coming soon" on Play First. Is that not soon enough?

EA Access was recommended to me over in the Xbox One thread and I have to admit it does sound pretty good. Quick question though regarding DLC, basically is it included? For instance, I see the latest Dragon Age in there but I know from my son playing the PS4 version there was a fair bit of DLC released (he recently sold his original copy and bought the definitive edition for all the DLC) would this be included in the EA Access version?

Eh that game is fine for 'free'. It's a good golf game, but pretty barebones (they have added a lot of courses since it came out, in fairness). Not a problem when you haven't paid 40 quid for it and just want something to pass a relaxing hour to now and again.

Time to join this.

A lot of these games are enormous, so I'd prefer to download them during the day while at work. Can you set a game downloading via the web or would you need to queue them up at the console itself?

Yeah as long as console is in instant on mode and you have designated it as your home console it'll download when you kick things off via Xbox.com

How do you kick off a download of an EA Access game from Xbox.com?

Say I go to NHL 16 - there's no download button. It tells me that it's "Available in The Vault", but the only button is labelled Buy A Copy and hitting it brings up a confirmation of a charge.

From the Xbox, I've always grabbed them via the EA Access app.

Awesome. Wish I hadn't bought PvZ2 now it's brilliant but I could've waited I've not played it nearly enough.

Next week, Coldwood’s Unravel and Ghost Games’ Need for Speed will be free with an EA Access membership. On August 30, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 joins the party.
