The biggest scandal on Paprium is they managed to do something so obscure it didn't work on the Analogue FPGA console (or for that matter, some actual Mega Drives).

 

Instead of fixing it their end, they made the game detect and refuse to run on an SG.

 

Analogue found out and kevtris fixed the issue in about 2 seconds, pausing only to also bypass their protection.
