iwan: What lens did you use there? Was it the Sigma? I've only taken a handful of shots with mine that I've been chuffed with since I bought it back in January.

Yeah, it was my Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8! I really like it, its a bit soft wide open, but for landscape stuff i find it excellent!

What one is it you have?

I've got the 10-20mm, chap. I can never seem to get the photos I want with it. To be honest, it's rarely been on my camera since I bought it, so perhaps I just need to practice with it a bit more.

I really want an extreme wideangle lens, was looking at either that one or the Tokina 12-24mm, just dont have the funds though! Ive heard mixed reports about the Sigma, some people swear by it but some dont like it!

This guy was just sitting scratching his balls like most monkeys do but when he spotted the camera he went a bit agro!

Bit of a cliché zoo shot this one.

And my God were these guys cute.

I really want this photo on my wall.

Deepblue...I hope you don't mind if I secretly put this photo on my wall.

Not at all Sarah, glad you like it :(

If you send me a PM with an e-mail address, I'll send you the full size version.

Posted my second photography set. (the first was "Darkness Visible:Part One" http://www.brfuk.com/darknessvisible/ )

The new one is called "Finally, Brethren" and features....people! http://www.brfuk.com/finallybrethren/ Some of the pics are old ones slightly reworked. Others are new.

Would be nice to see them all in a gallery and stuff. But the web will do for now!

Can you explain more about that or post some of your shots? I took a blurry picture of it when I was in Newcastle over the summer, but was more interested in some of the exciting bridges and stuff as opposed to a car park half a mile away <_<

heres a few more I took on the same day. I'll post a couple of the older ones I've got and expand on the tale of the place a bit more later (bit busy with GTAIV at the mo  )

I was asked to cover this gorilla art event in Aberdeen on Tuesday. Great laugh; there was myself, another photographer and a camera man buzzing around this group of 14 sweaty gorillas for 3 hours, while many, many people asked what was going on, posed for photos, and shouted abuse. ;)
