It's possible with move controllers you could hold a button and position the move controller . Much the same way you navigate the home screen with a move . Of course it would be horrendous . But it is possible.

Yep supports hand tracking.  Hopefully it also supports full locomotion rather than just teleport as Fallout 4 VR supports full movement.  I'm not sure but probably move does not have a analog stick?

People predicted there wouldn't be much VR support from Sony, but E3 proved otherwise. Titles like Moss and Tiny Trax received a lot of praise and ports like Superhot VR are more than welcome. Good scores for VR games in the latest issue of Edge as well.

Time to hook it up again, me thinks. It's the only downside of the thing for me, the hassle of setting it up with that clutter of cables.

Job Simulator - Really enjoyed it! Was great fun just dicking around. Is there enough content to justify the price tag or wait for a sale?

There's pretty much no replay value in there, and the content is fairly shallow.  There's basically 4 jobs that take around 20-30 minutes to play through.  I'd recommend picking up a physical copy so you can sell it on - it should cost you a lot less that way.  As far as I know, it was only released as physical in the US, but it's region-free.  Did I mention I was selling a copy in Trading? ;)

Job Simulator is a keeper, for me. If only for how well it goes down with newcomers to VR.

Yeah, the technology is at a stage where for most people you'll be showing it off for the first time and Job Sim is a great accessible example along with stuff like TheBlu, Star Wars - Trials on Tatooine, Audioshield, Pierhead Arcade, Space Pirate Trainer, Tilt Brush and of course, Arkham VR, especially if they've played the Batman games before.

(I don't know which of those are on PS4 VR I'm afraid but I'm sure there's equivalent types.)

Teleport moving. Its a thing in VR, some people can't cope with normal movement in VR, also, it allows support of move controllers. You can chose to move normally with a standard controller.

If it prevents sickness and still allows you full movement with walking a little way, then I have no issue with teleporting until they figure out full movement.

They've already figured out full movement to a large extent. Farpoint. for example. I think the teleport is mainly there for people that want to use Moves.

Fuck teleporting. I want proper movement, and will play it with a pad if it means that I can do so. Teleporting is rubbish, absolutely pants.

So yes, new move controllers would be great.

The way batman did teleporting was brilliant I thought. Super snappy and not disorientating at all.

i wonder if you can jump on a horse and get it to auto walk to a location.

I just really want to see an even lighter , smaller , less cable complex headset and I'll be right back in.

There is another teleportation method which is not so jarring as 'blink' teleportation and its warp teleportation which is used in Raw Data which I think is PSVR bound.

Personally I don't mind teleportation if the game is designed around it but even better if it makes sense to the games theme/lore.

Ive got good Vr leg for full locomotion anyway I can understand developers wanting to make their game as comfortable as possible in the era of refunds*.

*Sony lol

I've been debating with myself for the past hour or so whether to get myself Polybius for VR kicks and Nex Machina or use the dough from both towards Rez. Hmmm...

Also does the £8.99 SW:BF Ultimate edition include the VR level. I already have the game as part of EA Access over on the bone but would love a bit of Star Wars VR.

EDIT. Went for Polybius and Nex Machina after enjoying TxK and Resogun the past few days. Not sure whether to risk the headset this evening though as I had a bastard of a migraine earlier.

As far as I know, it's a free update to any version of the game. I'm in the same position as you, I bought it for the Xbox One and have EA Access, but was considering buying it on PS4 too just for the VR level. I asked here about it, and the general consensus was that it's most likely a one or two time novelty experience and probably not worth the bother.

I really like the atmosphere of the SW:BF mission, and it's a nice little addition to the "Show off my PSVR" collection for people who have never seen it.  But yeah, it's not a good game.

What makes up people's "Show off my PSVR" collections then? Mine is made up of Batman, Kitchen demo, Until Dawn, and Rez.

The Call of Duty Jackal mission is free to everyone. It's more or less the same thing minus the Star Wars sounds.

Ooh, cheers. I knew of it, but didn't know it was a stand alone release.
