Can anybody answer this Rez question?

l'm finding it difficult getting my eyes to work together properly on the demo version of Rez, they're always fighting the convergence and I'm going cross eyed.  No other games are causing a problem (except the loading screen of battle zone, that text is really uncomfortable to read, but the game and menus are fine.) Eye distance measurements are correct.

Has anybody heard of any problems just with the demo? I really want to buy the full game, but not if it makes me go cross eyed.

hav eyou checked your IPD with the checker thing... If that was way out it might give the symptoms you describe

However that would be all games I would think not just that one unless there is something peculiarly IPD reliant in that game

Battlezone is glorious.

I don't mean with the heavy or medium tank, they make for a very slow and boring game, no the only way to play is with the light. With your finger on the boost button, no shields, using your agility to dance and dodge between shells. It gives me the same feelings as a devil may cry or a bullet storm shooter.

It's also surprisingly physical. Constantly, frantically leaning over to look out side windows. What sort of tanks are on my left? What type of shells are they firing? Do I have time to continue what I'm doing before dodging out the way? When you're in the zone, it's astonishing.

Sorry to go on, but I've just finished an hour long session and I'm still shaking.  If you've got your VR legs, and you'll need them for the light tank,  I really recommend this game.

Its a cracking game. It's one of those ones that when you watch it on YouTube it's basically nothing. Then when you play it in VR it's amazing. I've been importing songs to play today and that works a treat.

I noticed yesterday when I was importing songs, the left eye refresh rate is totally different to the right eye. As soon as you back out of the song import screen, or play the game it's fine....it might blu seems to be in the import section.

I also wish wish you could sort the music on your memory stick alphabetically. Other than that, fabulous game.

This is the post I wanted to write yesterday! I finally got around to having a proper session with Battlezone last night and it's just brilliant tactile arcade fun. It can be had from £25 for a bunch of places (I got it from Argos) and it's well worth the cash.

What are the stock tracks like for this? For those too lazy to import tracks.

Rebellion were on BBC news yesterday,

i hope the gamble of doing a PSVR game paid off for them.

Why were they on the news? (And sadly I'm pretty confident that Battlezone hasn't been a big success for them, as it was comfortably the lowest-charting of the retail-released launch VR titles :()

Something about the gaming industry in the U.K. They then put the reporter in Sniper Elite 4 as a character.

I don;t think Battlezone sold well either but I hope at least it'll sell over time. I doubt they spent THAT much money on it. So they should at least not lose too much.

It was priced far too high imo, yet it's one of the best experiences on PSVR.

How we soar is another. Cracking game entirely.

I just can't play scary games, like RE7 etc on it. Far too much...

I bought it. Presentation is excellent and the game itself is quite fun but it gets pretty hard very soon and I lost interest. Also the 'looking around your cube' thing doesn't work nearly as well as it should - I mean, it does work obviously, but it's a rather tiresome way of playing.

In other words, in retrospect I wouldn't have bought it, or maybe if it was a fiver or so.

They can get the biggest stinker ever, fart it out for 25 quid, and you'll all call it 'the most immersive gaming experience' you've ever had and reiterate how VR is 'teh futurez'.

Go on, you're all bored of it now aren't you?

Bored? I'm not bored with the PSVR at all. What I'm bored with is the lack of real games. RE7 can't be released quick enough.
Aside from the Nintendo Switch, the PSVR is what I'm having the highest hopes for this year.
