Cause my ignorance but what does that mean with the screen being 1080?

It means if you want to use PSpro to display 4K on a 4K set, you would need to take the HDMI lead out  the VR box and put it back into the PlayStation . .. and then hook it back up again if you wanted to use VR .

i don't know if its something that can be addressed in firmware as per 3D was with PS4

You can still use the PSPro at 4K. Just not with HDR. I think

Contacts in.

My apologies.

This is amazing.

My glasses are shit.

I know I shouldn't really care, but I am really pleased, waxing lyrical I would have felt kinda bad if people had raised expectations and then ended up disappointed.

how anyone could be disappointed though is beyond me, so I should be safe.

i keep thinking about batman and wondering if it really was as amazing as it felt at the time, I feel like my mind is playing tricks on me, need to get home and stick it on again :)

It's not gonna be as good as that first time . It's still breathtaking in its scale and immersion, but you know what's coming

So now the difficult decision of which games to buy; I've got Until Dawn and now I'm leaning towards Thumper it's trippy as hell and I love it, has anyone bought it? I was charmed by Wayward Sky and I do love the Rez demo but then there is Batman to consider, Super Hypercube and ..hmm this is tough

I love REZ dearly and I can't wait for my copy to show up - but it's going to be a true nostalgia trip in the best possible way - its GOTY 2001. Thumper though - Thumper is my GOTY 2016.

So far I've bought Tumble, Thumper, Rez, Bound and Batman, in that order. Happy with every purchase but Rez and Batman are already done with while I've still got plenty of Thumping, Tumbling and Bounding to get through.

My next port of call will be Wayward Sky.

Had an hour or so of VR tonight. Chilled out with a bit of Tumble. Did world two and it still just seems really boring. I want something relaxing like this, but not boring.

Played a bit of Battlezone too. I got through a whole level but now feel queasy. It wasn't much fun, either. I don't think I'll be bothering with it again.

Beginning to muse whether certain demos are so short (DC, BZ, RIGS and EVE) and the quit-to-menu rigmarole so drawn out, might be a deliberate ploy to minimise the risk of nausea/not give enough time to start to bring on the sweats in most players. Thus giving a taste to drive the full purchase and not dissuade with the bigger hit...

I have limited my game time. I'm getting the motion sickness /nausea. So i'm just building up slowly ^_^

Love the games I have, tried loading human briefly and i'm not sure on the controls. They are ok but I suspect they could be better.

Yeah I won't be spending hours and hours in games but an hour here and there for now. Hopefully I will get used to it because I can see some games being spectacular in the future with the vr.

Area X is my 2016 GOTY

It's godlike. Nuff said.

just had VR nirvana stage two. Driveclub with the Forza Horizon 3 hospital records radio station playing on Spotify. Never have I played a racing game so well. I am seriously considering marrying my PSVR.

My PS4's wifi has been quite laggy and unstable over the past few days. My internet is fine, so as unlikely as it seems, is there any way it could have sometching to do with my placing the processor unit next to the PS4?

I really would take steps to make your PS4 wired. I have a home plug which then has a power extension socket plugged into it.

is the PS4 pro going to have 5ghz?

I'm really crap at Rez :o I keep bloody dying; Area 2 boss is owning me, I think in VR the sheer scale of these sprawling bosses makes it difficult to see where you're being attacked from and you have to be quick to swivel 180 to see if it's behind or to the side but then you're dead 'cos a tentacle thing was firing fro the front <_<
