Ignore the empty quote, I'm on my phone and can't get rid of it.

I'm so glad that this has lived up to expectations. I've had mine pre-ordered since March and its felt like waiting for bloody Christmas! I've managed to have a go on most of the demos now and Jesus wept, its just incredible. The sense of scale just blows me away. I had a bit of nausea on the first day (Driveclub) but I've been taking it easy since then, with regular breaks and it's been fine ever since. There's just so much content! I've got Rez and Driveclub as my full games for now but I'd quite happily buy most of the other games (and probably will at some point.)

I feel like I need to show everybody how awesome it is. Got my nephews coming round tomorrow and I can't wait to see their reactions.

I'm trying to buy Bound and again the PSN store is refusing to process transactions

@Matthew Kenyon We don't yet know what the Pro is going to bring to the table for VR. From my personal experience I'd definitely advise getting two move controllers. Some games need it and some (Like Rush of Blood) just work better with them.

Rez just needs a dual shock though. You can aim with the move controller but I'd expect head aiming to be much better

Ah ok. I thought Rez played in 4K on pro when not connected to VR?

Need to go try it I think before going mental!

Holy. Fucking.  Shitballs.

Got back about an hour ago, downloaded Batman while I was out.  Set the thing up, messed around with using it in menus and shit, then put on Batman.  Went in with tempered expectations, I'd had a couple of tries on VR and they were cool but not mind blowing, and of course the PS4 isn't a powerhouse PC to run it on.  But then it opened up standing on a balcony in Gotham and a swear my jaw literally dropped.  Then I stepped forward slightly and leaned over the railing and I think I let out a little squeal of delight.

This continued throughout the game, with me giggling like a giddy child throughout.  The sense of immersion is spot on, and while it's very much an experience rather than a game, it's an incredible experience.  Going down the lift and entering the Batcave was just amazing - my brain genuinely tricked me to feel like I was moving in the lift, and the sense of depth and scale was awesome.  It felt like a tangible place. The only thing I wish I'd done is get move controllers first, as it's obviously designed around having them and the pad controls aren't as good.  My other slight gripe is while the end stretch is brilliant, it's a bit poor in terms of the story.

Genuinely one of the most amazing experiences in 30+ years of gaming.  If the Pro is going to give an even better experience I'm now sold.

It'll automatically move on if you get a gold medal, but otherwise hit Start/Options on the Move controller to bring up the menu where you can quit the level. I assume your best medal is saved!

I really like Tumble, except I don't know which surface of the shape will be facing me when it zaps to my Move. Would be cool if I could work out how to specify a certain surface, as it would really help with some of the more finickity movements. Also, my Move tracking wasn't 100% great for that game. A bit of drift.

Oops. I was using the button for recalibrate and hadn't tried just pressing it rather than holding.

If I get 2 weeks of enjoyment out of it, consistent with my current levels of enjoyment, then it's the best gaming money I've ever spent.

It's also the greatest launch line up ever. Everything is just so much better than I expected. VR worlds especially.

Well thanks for beta testing I suppose.

Batman is £15.99 yeah it's short but it's the single most amazing experience I've had in 35 years of gaming, you're going to get fuck all back trading something in that costs that anyway, and for the price of a cinema ticket it's criminal to pass on it.

Only reason I'm not buy it is that I don't have move controllers yet.

I was hoping someone else who'd managed to get it working would reply ;)

Oh, I see!

I didn't think anything of it when I couldn't run them - just thought that the demo portion of VR Worlds was just like that.

Even then, we differ a bit, as I've got Job Simulator and Until Dawn, and neither of us have Batman.

Which version of the demo do you have? You could always try downloading the other version (UK/US)?

UK one. I've got Until Dawn and Job Simulator now (although I didn't realise you had to use move controllers for it :() but still no Batman.

Really want to try the ones on the VR Worlds that don't work. No idea why there is no option for me to do anything other than learn more.

I'll buy Batman in the week then. The price is fine, I'd just always buy a disc over a digital copy if given the choice.

I'm thinking of getting Job Simulator too, although I'm wondering if there's much more to it than the very enjoyable demo.

Don't you ONLY get the demo for the shark thing in VR worlds, nothing else?

The kids love Job Simulator and it is funny, but..... the game that is there isn't harsh enough. A car comes into the mechanics and you take all it's wheels off and the customer pays and your boss says good job! Even though they only came in for an oil change. Completing the tasks is fun. and throwing stuff around and making brocolli pizza is daft etc etc, but I felt like I wanted to be told off a bit more, or sacked.

Is this the demo or the full VR worlds game?

I fear at this rate I'm going to end up buying pretty much everything available for this!

Has anyone got the full game of Eve yet? if so any opinions? The demo was amazing but fear it may be a bit of a one trick pony, especially for the insane price.
