oh and invasion is a fun little short film which is nicely done but a bit bland.

However there is a moment where I laughed out loud - I will spoiler it for the ultra-sensitive to spoilers but it's really minor.

When I was inspected up close and personal I automatically looked down at myself to see what they were looking so closely at and then I laughed.

It was a simple little touch but gave me a chuckle.

EDIT - Anyone tried the games without demos. Specifically

Hustle Kings VR (I love pool games!)

100ft robot golf

Kismet

Super Stardust Ultra

The assembly

Volume

and also if any of them require Move etc.

I may take one for the team with SportsBar. Will decide later.

Me and my partner both picked up SportsBar VR, only played for a couple hours this morning, it has a lot of issues but its also a pretty cool set up that hopefully can be improved. Biggest issues is the tracking on the moves, Darts technically works but its too janky to play properly, pool just doesn't happen with the moves, cue is all over the place. Skee ball and air hockey too needs patching A LOT OF PATCHING. I'll give it more of a go later to see how it goes as I love some of what they are doing.

Any idea how long the Until Dawn full game is? Does it have different modes or is it "just" a shit-yer-self-up with a main on rails track? Also does it really benefit from the Move controllers? I tried Tumble with the pad and it was pretty unresponsive- kept saying my pad was out of the play area which seemed to be a tiny little sweet spot (no other tracking issues at all with any other game so thought it might require the wands more than an issue as such)

Haven't played the full version but it works brilliantly with the move controllers. Felt extremely accurate.

I just tried playing Job Simulator but it made me feel well sick. Demo was fine last night as well. Only difference is today I was using the earphones. I wonder if that doesn't help at all.

Also the robot was stood to my right but the sound came from the left ear. Definitely had them in the right way as well. Wonder if that contributed.

Going back to the dirty screen look, it seems the PS VR needs "Mura Correction" (which Vive has, and I presume the Oculus?) I'm not going to lie, I don't know anything about this sort of thing.. is it something that can be fixed or is it going to require an updated headset? Apparently it's a trade off to prevent a god rays problem that the Vive/Rift have.

An exaggerated comparison:

Sigh. I just bought Sports Bar. A BRAVE PIONEER.

Go on Eighthours lad.

Let us know how it is!

Although I've just bought Keep Talking and Rez, so I should probably stop now. Especially as I've already got Batman, Battlezone, and Superhypercube.

Vive and Oculus have worse screendoor so they certainly don't look like the one on the right.

I may have 'accidentally' bought Rigs. Money is overrated anyway.

I've just had a good session of Rez and Thumper and now I'm off for my evening run. Motion sickness's final test.

Rez is amazing. Those who've sworn by it all these years but haven't got to experience it in VR? They know nothing of Rez's greatness! NOTHING! A port of an old Dreamcast game running on a supposedly low res screen is the best visual experience of 2016

is there a decent tutorial then? Cos the demo just chucks you in deepend and it is tricky to understand.

I am totally torn between Rigs and Battlezone for my "big game" purchase.

Yeah, I haven't tried the demo myself as I have the full game but there's nice and elaborate tutorial in there. Teaches you everything from the basic movements up to setting up your preferences.

Battlezone is an great game in its own right but I reckon RIGS shows how a great, competitive game can truly shine in VR :)

Sweet! We should get online. If we get a third forumite we can form a squad 8-)

Is there a rough date as to when complete games will be dropping for this, all the hype has me thinking about saving up for when its released proper.

Sorry, that sounds like I'm being a dick, well guess what? I am! Fuck all you VR having smug motherfuckers!!!

If anything, PS VR has a fantastic launch line-up. Many good full-fledged games there in between the glorified demo's.

PSVR has serious physical effects.

Whether it's the crawling around to set it up or the "active sitting" whilst playing I don't know but my backside cheeks ache today. Walking, sitting, bending to sit, whatever. I've done nothing different part from play PSVR for around 5 hours last night so it must be that.

Played this for four hours solid, no sickness to report, other than VR being totally SICK! Yip I'm down with the yoof.

i really want a robot rescue full game, that would gave been the killer app.

What should i buy? Thinking either Eve, rigs, Rez, or VR worlds (got driveclub)

on driveclub its so bloody good, even if it is in Vaseline vision

I'm writing this taking a break from playing batman. It is one of the most incredible  gaming experiences I have ever had . Beg steal or borrow a pair of move controllers to play this, because it is beyond anything you have done so far in VR .

What the hell is going on with the Physical price for Eve. Started at £49.99 and now seems to be going up! (Its now £59.99 on Amazon).

Rigs cheekily got put back up to £49.99 from £38 too. Wish I'd grabbed it when I had the chance.

MY GOSH!!!

I'm so glad I didn't start my VR experience with Batman because by god that would have ruined everything ever moving forward.

THIS IS INCREDIBLE..

If you haven't got it get it, it's stupidly good, and it looks stunning as well Rocksteady are WIZARDS.

Yup I've just finished it although there is post game stuff to do. It's not so much a game as an experience , but what an experience.
