I'm not entirely sure what you mean?

Sorry, as in like when we generally play.

As when we are in a party playing say gta for example.

Or when playing multiplayer driveclub is it a case of just inviting one another and racing without speaking to one another?

I don't know if there is a mic built into the headset at all?

@McSpeedIs there a way to communicate with the headset on? My headset is the PS4 Gold so it would plug direct into the PS4, thus losing my 3d sound >.<

Those headphones came with a headphone jack cable in the box. Just plug them into the PSVR and you're good to go. If you can the damn things to fit over or under the PSVR headset that is. :huh:

I was the same. I cancelled my pre-order thinking I wouldn't have enough.

Sat at work all morning yesterday gutted. So I reserved it at Argos (trying to figure out how I could afford it). Got home from work n mentioned it to the missus so she bought it for me :)

She's a keeper. My wife just moaned so I reserved it anyway, but have to wait till December....FML

@Pug

i played that playroom VR platformer last night. I had no idea what I was going into so when it moved forward I felt like I was about to fall over. It was a split second and I've not even been the slightest bit queasy playing any of these games so far. I must be immune as I thought.

That game was just a bunch of fun though and when I realised the vines reacted to my virtual head .....well it's just glorious.

i must have played 20% of the demos so far. I think playroom is the best to be honest and they say they will release more content for it.

For those who don't know there are some games in Playtoom VR where a second player can play from a competely different view point using the TV. It must be running at 120fps and just sending 60 to the headset and 60 to the TV or something,it's witchcraft.

(the one with the monster in the city does this)

Got mine yesterday. I'm 45 and have gamed all my life. Fairly sure that PSVR is the best gaming experience I've ever had. I'm a bit shocked actually. It's like witchcraft.

Hey, snap!!

45 too and sat last night with a grin on my face thinking this is cool!

Good to see I am not the only mid 40's fella thinking the same.

Not till December 16th :(.......but hoping McSpeed brings it all along to the house we've rented at the start of November in OOOtrecht.

Which supplier on Earth makes you wait two whole months? Surely PS VR's are in stock here in there. At least in the Netherlands most game shops still have a few.

And I probably won't be bringing it as much as that we'll try it at my places - two streets away from the place you're staying at ;)

Seriously though Yinny, If you want to drive up my way this evening I have one reserved at the local Argos until 12pm (I accidently reserved 2) the downside being that nowhere round here now has any camera's or motion controllers.... lol

Just tried Trine 2 in 3D mode and it worked.

i don't think the separation was perfect so I had to turn it off for my tired eyes.

@Harrisown

With your PS VR turned on - Go to [Settings] > [Devices] > [PlayStation VR] > [Measure Eye-to-Eye Distance].

Its adjust the 3d - should fix it.

That platformer I think they must have kidnapped shigsy to get them to do it. I would kill for mario on this. Just text the below to u1 and pob

"Oh Jesus, played robot rescue, best gaming experience in years and it's a throwaway title. Nintendo couldn't do that better. You are basically hovering behind the guy you control, but it feels like he is traversing a world laid out at your feet, so many good touches, being able to look around, look in closer, sometimes the little guy was right at my face, my head hitting the ceiling of caves and sending bricks down, totally immersion. The resolution I think is totally fine, I'm in love, don't let me ever waver again. Robin you need this in your life"

this is definitely the future of gaming, I seriously think this is going to explode into something massive

OK, so what's the easiest and cheapest way to watch some (360 degrees or VR) porn with this thing?

I'm not asking for a friend.

The PS4's Media Player has been updated to support 360° video and photos, so you should be able to view files on USB storage using that.

As to acquiring said media, 'fraid you're on your own.
