PlayStation VR

Very positive review from The Guardian, https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2016/oct/10/playstation-vr-virtual-reality-review and this needs mainstream good reviews.

I'm personally not sold of VR, but am enjoying the excitement of all you guys on here. I think it's too expensive as a mass market device, but it's obvious that the technology works and can provide a great experience. I just hope the price point doesn't kill it, but I really doubt it will. I'll be in for the second or third gen of the tech, but this really does look like an add-on to a console that will succeed!

Will be interested to see people's impressions who have sight problems as well. I can't see the 3D on a 3DS or at the cinema, my brain switches off one eye to all intents and purposes, and wonder if this would affect my experience. Need to find a demo pod somewhere

I have pretty much the same issue Vorgot (although sometimes, it's not fully off and I get double vision), but at certain angles I can use both eyes so 3DS works (better than my normal depth perception even) but 3D cinema doesn't..

I've tried the Rift and Occulus without problems, so I'm hoping PSVR is the same.

I can let you know after release day!

I've got VR Worlds, Until Dawn, Hustle Kings and Super Stardust preordered from Amazon, I'll probably get Driveclub and Tumble from the PSN as I have £24 in my wallet. I may cancel some of the Amazon ones though, that's too much.

I already have PS Move controllers and a camera, which is good.

Just need a polystyrene head...

Tumble

Eve Valkerie

Drive Club

VR Worlds

Star Wars (already have Battlefront)

That'll do for now, will get Batman and Battlezone at some point but don't want too many at launch otherwise I won't do my first purchases justice.

Good to see you jumping in pug, I just hope none of us are the unlucky ones with issues.

personally I'll bung £40 on my psn and then see what the demo disk says I should buy.

oh yeah, yesterday I found out warthunder supports PC flight sticks so when they release the VR patch for it I'll be good to go. It already supports camera head tracking (which is a bit shit) and even track ir as well as keyboards and mice.
