World Cup 2014 - Germany win the WORLD CUP

Recommended Posts

Rooney's been dreadful - commentators oohing & ahhing his every touch.

Barclay just dribbled almost the length of the pitch - they complain he didn't pass it a fraction of a second earlier.

ITV are fucking woeful.

Ross Barkley looks lost. The stage is too big for him and it's only a friendly.

I'm not so sure, he's adding a lot of drive to the midfield. He's still some way off being an England starter but there's some magic there.

Lambert you great lump. Total open goal you missed. Unless it was a pass to Rooney, yeah?

Milner's having a bit of a mare. Needs to change his boots.

Rooney's been much better since the goal. Sharper. As the tempo of the game has has dropped, he's been finding more space.
Lampard trying to do his best Pirlo impression.
Smalling looking like a pub footballer who's won a Carlsberg competition to play today.

Is Milner genuinely our second best option at right back? If so, why not sacrifice him or one of the other eleventy billion midfield players in the squad and take either Flanagan or Stones? He's been fucking dog shit tonight.

Seems like Hodgson would rather use Milner or Smalling as right back than Flanagan, who is..a right back. I'd play Flanagan over Johnson, who has a carefree attitude to defending.

Same old same old

Slow movement

Little creativity in the final third

England live for set pieces and scraps.

Italy will best us and we'll be lucky to get a draw against Uruguay.

Rooney is really mediocre. Smalling is a proper worry.

Barkeley looks up for it at least, as does "The Ox" as Wright likes to put it.
