I done marquee matchups and with rewards ended up with 13 packs for tots, but I got an urge to open one, my mate text me at 19:07 saying he’s got a feeling one of us will pack an icon.

 

19:17 I text him, I opened a single pack premium gold players and packed icon moments Vieri.

 

He’s under 400k now but very welcome for tots, taking the coin balance over a mil with packs to open in the kitty.

Fuck me the gameplay is bad this weekend. It's like each game starts off responsive and by the 30mins mark there's delay and by 90mins there's zero response to what I actually meant to do. God help me if extra time is required. Maybe people are more used to this crap than me but it's giving me my worse fut champs ever.

I had the weirdest weekend league. Went 9-0 on Friday. Then Saturday I had horrific form and went 5-8 to finish the day 14-8. Gold 1 looking very unlikely. I just needed to stop playing as I was doing horribly.

 

Then this morning I go and win 6 in a row barely conceding and get Gold 1. I did put loan PIM Maldini in who felt amazing to use, mind. Looking forward to getting his middle card from swaps, hopefully he's not too far off ability wise.

My defence let me down so much. 85 Rio and Gomez are just shite. Going to grind out the swaps and get Maldini, hopefully he and VVD will be a better combo.

 

Carlos also can cost me the odd goal, just doesn't have the strength to hustle the ball. Bellerin gives me the same gyp. Maybe I just stick in the Courtios I packed, and go La Liga with Ramos on RB and try and fit in Sandro on LB.

Closing in on 100 packs...

 

There's about 30 82-88 packs that I'm not expecting much from, mind!

 

Not sure which league to wait for, I don't think Ligue 1 because the good players will be impossible to pack. EPL I just find dull. Thinking either La Liga or Serie A.

I picked up a 30 PSN ban for calling a Ryan Kent wanker a Pussy. Rather annoyed but I guess its a blessing in disguise, no temptation to buy points at least. Hopefully will make the last bit when all they are all in packs. Now Warzone though either, bit of a wind up, wont be completing battle pass.

 

Funny when this happens and you look at you single player games and realise how shit they are.

Best I got was Gulacsi. Defo not worth the ballache that was last weekend. Probably thankful I'm working this weekend and don't have to endure it again. Though it did make me realise that playing champs with a "must have played for Chelsea" as far as possible squad doesn't cut the mustard. Back to meta once my 90 packs reveal what shape my squad should take.
