I have high hopes! A box to box player is the one position I haven't been able to nail down.

 

I've seen that also, and everyone raves about him, but every game I played with him, he was non existent, like Petit.

 

Maybe its my settings, maybe its the way I play, dont know, but the AI controlled Vidal didnt do shit.

Having to drop Alisson was disappointing. I could go for VVD and Fuchs instead of Lucas and Davies to keep him in but love Davies mostest.

 

Anyway I've finally taking the plunge and am putting Neymar uptop for the WL, hurts me to see Butra shirked out wide.

 

High hopes for new boys Neymar, Vidal, Max and Hernandez.

The AI doesnt do anything other than get into position, you won't see anything different from Vidal or Vieira than you would from Sissoko and Pogba in terms of AI, the only difference is defensive positioning based on stats and work rates, better rated players wont magically make your AI do stuff for you that you need to learn how to do yourself.

 

You need to get better at player switching, reading the game, jockeying, vidal is not weak on the ball at all you're 100% using him incorrectly.

Wow, proper crash on loads of cards with TOTS coming. Not sure why birthday cards have dropped seeing as many will be better than TOTS cards. Mbappe dropped nearly a million :blink: just wish I had that much.

Very much doubt it. This is panic selling. If anything I could see a bit of a rebound. With 5* weak foot a lot of birthday cards will be better than most TOTS. The Griezmann crash is insane, for me he's possibly the best CAM in the game and that won't change for the rest of the game. Other cards might be released with more base stats but they won't have his traits and weak foot.

As if by magic, he's up to 1.2m. I bought him at 985k. Hopefully made the right move, then.

 

The market is just massively volatile, though. He could easily drop again.

This is that moment where I've been distracted by the Wife for the past hour or so and missed the coin making potential, had my eyes on Lacazette at 640k, hes now 750k, will prob go back up to 900k again.

 

Yeah the main dip was about an hour ago, sooo many cheap players. Militano UCL special card was 260k!

I wouldn't bother yourself too much with defensive players right now, they'll plummet during TOTS when there will be so many good options.

Having tokens in divisions has been a horrible decision.

Yummycoot is the guy who usually churns the tracker out. Its slim pickings this year though. Prem is probably the easiest one to loop around because it doesn't need many silvers.

 

Bundesliga offers the best packs but it's got the most expensive finishing teams.

I think the best thing to do is just traipse through Futbin's league SBCs and see which ones with good rewards are cheap. When I did it teams like Man City and Real Madrid (I can't remember the exact teams, it might not be them) gave good packs for not that much. You can definitely pick up good packs for under 10k. I can't see doing whole leagues being good unless you want the reward players. There's usually a couple of teams that cost a bomb.

 

Of course, when I say good packs, I mean slightly less shit ones.
