I’ve hit Level 30. No idea which player to pick, as not one will make main first 11. 
 

i’ve ruled Fred out, I’m loaded with premiership players. 
 

leaves me with either Belotti or Carrasco. 
 

Belotti looks like a very solid 5* weak footed striker and Carrasco could potentially be a class LW from La Liga. 
 

anyone hit L30 yet and made a choice??

Lucas and Mertens for me, both expensive enough but I'm not a fan of either. 

 

Especially of Mertens, who doesn't feel like a 90 rated player. He is so bloody light weight.

Very nice. In a bit of a pickle with my team since getting Havertz, seems too good to be on the bench but tough to fit in and I've rebuilt. Now I'm not so sure. I reckon I've lost the cost of Havertz in tax messing with my team.

I’ve heard bad things about Havertz @Timmo and his price ranked hard. Might be worth using as a sub rather than trying to shoehorn him.

Well hyped about Saint Max, havent tried him yet, but he looks immense, he was a pain in the arse to play against this WL.

 

On the WL, a much harder one for me this time round a lot more going game going to the wire and a lot better teams, I faced way more standard gold duffers last week, I ended up with the same amount of wins as last week (20) but it took me 29 games instead of 26.

 

Got Calcelo in my 80+ blast aswell, but my untradable RB options are getting out of hand...

On the subject of packing high rated players, I've watched - I would say - 150 birthday packs being opened, and never mind Ronaldo, Messi or Mbappe, I've not even seen a Rashford, Lacazette or Griezmann amongst that. Best I've seen is a single Ribery but he was a real outlier, the vast, vast majority were worth under 200k and usually under 100k. These players are untradeable, there's really no need for EA to be so fucking stingy.
