Overload Ball Side isn't an offensive thing, it's to help with defending, it means you can win the ball back quicker and have people closed in without using team press, but it does mean a good player will just switch the ball and then you're scrambling to cover, thankfully my entire defence are all 90+ pace.

Hes shit mate.

 

I've been using TOTY Nominee Ederson for a bit and hes been the standout Prem keeper for me.

 

I'd still say Ter Stegen is the hardest to score past when I'm playing online. He just makes lightning fast saves.

It just feels like such a waste. :(

 

In other news, I had a game against Future star Sarr last night, absolutely tore me to shreds, he was insane. I would buy him but i cant put 300k down on a player for the RW when I already have Adama and James. <_<

To be fair though, all the keepers are pretty crap, I have no idea how it all gets calculated when a keeper goes to make a save?

 

Its probably all EA scripted anyway.

 

If EA want you to win, you win, and vice versa.

I don’t think I’ve had 12 penalty shoot outs, I don’t go to extra time very often, I did win on pens earlier in the weekend though. 
 

Actually quite gutted to miss out on elite 2,  but I came up against some amazing players and had my fair share of bullshit.

I only had one game left so I thought I'd just play and give the guy I came up against a free win, I'd go easy etc.

 

Well the teams pretty decent so I think fair enough lets just piss around for a bit. He kicks off, does a few skill moves, back drags, rainbow flicks, that backwards dribbling bullshit, some wanky passes and scores, full pitch celebration and watches all the reply...

 

Ok.

 

The gloves are off.

 

He quits in the 72nd min.

 

I win 4-1.

I finally took the plunge and went for VVD and Neymar.

 

Played 3 games with them last night, fun time! And then the rumour mill fired up on twitter of something big coming tonight (Something about Riquelme amongst other things) and then I bottled it and sold them at a loss encase prices started to fall. :lol: This is why I cant have expensive players.

Mate, if they get any lower the market will be in recession.

 

I just picked up UCL Messi RW for 768k. 2/3 weeks ago he was 928k!!!

To be fair, they have had so many players drop who can now push them which pushes the price down. Expecially on the RW which Messi occupies.

 

The LW a little less contested, but it wont take much to make them drop.

 

If this Mid Icon SBC ever drops the market will implode. (Price pending, they could easily give people the SBC they have been crying out for and kill it with the price at the same time.)
