Every time I've came up against a Dalglish tonight it felt as if he could score a finesse shot from his own half if he wanted  I think I need one, seemed ridiculously overpowered.

Got TOTW Forsberg and duplicate Moraes from my Fabregas packs which softened the blow a bit.

 

Also managed to win a couple of games in div 8! Maybe I'll make it back to div 7 after all.

Joined the gold 1 club with @Timmo this weekend. 
 

had 2 disconnections while winning 1 this morning and 1 this evening, so I think elite is doable at some point. 2 games left.

Oh man I messed up the chemistry. I cant play on 99 its not right. This team cost me 500k in the end.

I'm inclined to get Laporte, De Gea, Toby and Jan instead. Sound ok? 

 

 

edit: Or Varanne is 200k I could try save for him and just swap Militao for Mangala.

If you really want it, put Fabinho and Sissoko in midfield.

 

But really, dont worry about it not being 100, it wont make any real difference, just give the team a whirl.

 

Plus all players get 1 point loyalty boost after 10 games.

I stuck him in a Base Icon SBC and I'm using Van De Sar now, much better.

Yeah its fine, I think 8 is the magic number (Pants is boss, he knows.), but as long as the player feels good, that's all that matters.

 

And my god, use a different formation if you aren't winning more often than not, that's a bigger factor. You should be smashing people. You are supposed to be the best of us. (From 12 years ago. )

This is Ndidi's Futbin page (Futbin is a brilliant website that lists player prices, attributes, Traits, Chemistry boosts, Links and all manner of stuff).

 

 

Look  on the right. You'll see a Chemistry Calculator that shows you the boost each chem style gives on each stat, at each number of chemistry.

 

I've screen grabbed him with Sentinel, on 8 chem in a team that has 100 chem. As you can see, 8 chem still makes him just about the best CDM in the Prem who sin't Kante.

For what it's worth, I've seen a few people mention the ratings on the right hand side that FUTbin gives. I'd pay zero attention to these. The ONLY stats that matter are the ones on the left. Personally I'd argue that pace is king, and it's usually better to put an Anchor or Shadow on a defensive player than a Sentinel, regardless of what the picture on the right says. It doesn't matter if a player has 99 stand tackle if he isn't there to make it.

You can get everyone on 10 Chem (after loyalty) by starting in this line-up in a 3412. Notice the positions too, Firmino only has to be a CF and McGinn a Cm if you have a Prem manager.

My fitness team is pretty decent now. I bring Sissoko on for Bakayoko who is only starting to get Fabregas on 10 chemistry. Switching to 4-2-3-1 narrow in game, still doing okay with it. Ben Yedder has 6 goals in 4 games.

FWIW x 2....I'd argue that for a CDM, mid 70's pace is fine as long as you have Agility over 80*.  Seriously, try this out.  Get a Guardian Chem card and try it for a few games, he can turn and jockey so much quicker once you hit that magic green 80 mark, he feels like a different player.   No fucker will be able to get past him, so you won't need the extra few points of pace!  Also his ball control and dribbling gets better, which is handy.

 

Depends how you play though, I suppose, but I always take control of the CDM when defending every attack and just sit him in front of the CB's and block passing lanes, etc.  

 

*So you need to do Pants swanky formation trick to get everyone to 10 chem!!

Woo, got promoted to division 7, and finally accrued enough points to enter the weekend league. Took 49 wins in total. Seems like finishing silver 1 to automatically qualify for the next weekend league is going to be crucial.

You only need 11 wins to get SIlver 1, so you'll be fine, if you're in Div 7, I reckon.  Don't be afraid to quit out if you're out of your depth in any games though, saves time and fitness!  I can't remember the last time I managed all 30 games, it's too many.

 

Silver 3 is 1000 WL points, so even if you only get 6/7 wins, you're halfway there.

Ah that's good info, thought it was silver 1 or bust. I'm actually disappointed that I'm staying away on Friday night for my work Christmas party, want to get cracking!

Do you not get punished for quitting? I haven’t yet. 

 

I wouldn't  mind on some laggy laggy games.

From what I've read, there is no punishment for quitting, but quitting doesn't change the dynamic matchmaking, i.e. it's better to lose and potentially get matched against an easier opponent next time, than quit and face the same level as your last match.
