Unless ofcourse you are stupid enough to spend the Fifa gold on packs, like me. I caved and bought a 100k Jumbo Rare gold, 24 of fifas finest players for building up the finest squads in all the land! :hat:

 

 

... I got Ilic. Dont be like me. Its now the single biggest regret of my life.

 

(I don't have a very exciting life...)

I spent 500k coins on packs last night and got nobody @Steely an 84 rated totw who wasn’t even selling at discard after 2 attempts :lol:

 

Then straight after, I lost a game 3-2 with the guy having 3 shots, unfortunately they were all with Eusebio and they all went in, but the last one was a Fifa19 special, 360 no scope finesse that my keeper could have caught with 1 hand but he watched it go in instead.

Keep hold of that 84 in form Gooner, there's been a game-code leak that confirms a repeatable TOTW sbc is coming.

 

Speaking of which... I'm putting all my money into 83s and 84s today, and hopefully selling them after 6pm. When there's a big SBC that needs them, 83s tend to go to 2700-3000 coins (so don't buy any 83s for more than 2k coins).

 

Tomorrow is 'Super Sunday'. God knows what that means, but if there's a soild pack supply, I'll pick up a whole bunch of desirable players, which I fully expect to sell for profit next Thursday. I'm basing this strategy off the combination of new supply tomorrow and the usual Weekend League sell off, then the usual Thursday rewards price rise.

What DIV are you in?  I'm kinda the same, but I do tend to have a drink or four, so I get slightly drunk and get more and more stupid/daring as I play.  Mostly it works and it's like when you get better at pool around the 2-4 pint mark.  And then it's all downhill....

Did the untradeadable TOTW SBC. Got a duplicate Tarkowski who I chucked in the tradeable SBC. Got 82 Junior Moraes. Won't be chancing anymore, and hoping that my 84 investments rise.

 

I did pull Laporte and David Silva from the flash SBCs last night so not complaining.

I've played 20 rivals matches today with a UCL team trying to get the last win for the Icon swap token.

I haven't got my one win yet.

 

From passes going to the wrong player, to defenders taking 4 touches instead of clearing it, to tackling an opponent 6 times in the same attack and still not getting the ball, not a single loss was my fault.

 

I have made half a million cpins trading though. So swings and roundabouts.

Every single Youtube/Twitch trader I follow says the market will go up from today onwards.

So if there's an expensive card you're after or you've been holding out for, buy him today.

Or if you've got a chunk of coins sitting around doing nothing, maybe pick up a big card or two to sell them next Thursday/Friday.

 

Now, there's this Super Sunday promo landing at 6pm. It's very likely we'll get more Packs in store, more SBCs and another Player Moments/Flashback type special card.

 

-Packs in store means prices should go up - people open packs, they sell the stuff in packs, they get more coins, they buy the big players.

-More SBCs can make the market go either way - the above happens, or they release a specific SBC like the TotW upgrade, and they flood the market with supply and prices drop for that specific type of card.

-A player moment is released that is similar to the card you want - unlikely but possible. This makes everyone sell the card you want and prices drop. Terrible if you bought before 6pm, amazing if you bought after. 

 

Long story short, don't stress about what happens at 6pm. Just buy the card you want and you'll be fine.

Only played a couple of games so far but he is definitely a big improvement over SMS and TOTW Barella, even Guardiola.

 

Anybody doing the Fabregas flashback SBC? I can do it with players in my club, but obviously there's the opportunity cost of the 120k I could get from selling those players. I think I should do it to get a strong link to my TOTW Ben Yedder.

Can't recommend Son enough, I know he's so expensive and hard to link but having someone who can score with either foot from any distance up to 25 yards (plus that Finesse trait) is a massive advantage to have at Striker. I grabbed his IF for 718k (good timing!) half way through the weekend league after a really average start and ended on my best result yet this year, Gold 1.

Not telling you how to do your job or anything, but if you make Allan a striker and Ronaldo a CM, you could have Neymar on full chemistry.

 

You could also try applying some chemistry styles, all those basic bitches make me sad.

I haven't started moving them around yet, that's tomorrow's job. It took me till 9pm to sell enough stuff to afford him... Desperately hoping he wouldn't rise faster than I could make bank.

I missed a CL version with Hunter for 1.385m by about 5 minutes too, not that I'm complaining about 1.400m.

 

You're right about chem styles though. I never really know what to put on whom, so all suggestions welcome.
