Rewards from fut champs were absolutely terrible, I'm swerving it this weekend.

 

Will play a couple of squad battles to get the last Fut Swap card, then get a disappointing base icon no doubt.

I can’t be bothered with the weekend league anymore, takes up too much time and causes me to get wound up. 

 

I’ve already got plenty Brazil CAM/CF/ST options so definitely going for the base icon gamble over the Costa.

I've lost 200 points this week. No matter what I do I cannot win. Just scored and outrageous goal and my GK, ironically De Gea flapped at two crosses and passed the ball to my opponent.

Genuine question.  Anyone here who used CR7 think he is a total letdown?  I've bought and sold him twice as everyone raves about him but although he gets into great positions he misses loads for me.  Griezmann on the other hand is clinical as anything.  He averages more than a goal a game.  Just rng?

 

Griezmann even wins more headers from goal kicks than ronaldo.  Tbh I could put Henry in the same bracket.  Fantastic positioning but just not as clinical as I would expect within 18 yards.  I'd say it was me if griezmann didn't bury everything.

Me! I built that team I posted last week with Ronaldo, Messi, De Bruyne for the weekend league last weekend. Ronaldo started off great scoring about 8 goals in 4 games and then I couldnt buy a goal with him. Think he scored about 10 in 14 in total before I gave up on him.

 

The vast majority of his goals for me were headers and he seemed to miss a lot of easy chances. I wouldn't say he is crap because he is a powerhouse, I would have held onto him if he was cheaper but for 1.4m I was afraid of the price drop. Glad I cashed out on him now because he has dropped to 1.15m.

I'm not the best player in the world so that will contribute but I had a game where he didn't score in 10 shots on goal.  All I could do was have chuckle.
