Actually, it's not too bad! It was 70k when I did it the first couple of times.... 40ish k isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things. 

 

It's them and City which get you but atleast City's pack has some potential.

On the icons, thanks for the advice on the Rising Talent SBCs is it worth doing the Humble Beginnings SBCs for the Silver player packs?

I don't think the silvers would be worth it, they only have 1 rare, you would have to strike it pretty lucky to break even. Most of the Silvers are shite from second tiers and other leagues that don't have SBCs.

I got TOTW Rondon & 86 Peresic from my pack openings yesterday.

Looked through the SBCs nothing close for me to complete, roll on Marquee Matchups

Scrap that completed Man United just got City & Cardiff left.

 

What is the reward for completing the league? 1 x Premier League SBC Reward 2?

You get a Player pick, then it wipes it all and you start over.

Player choices are fixed for everyone, you choose out of these 3. Click on the 'i' on the front in the SBC on the app and you can look at the rewards for each of the leagues.

It's a shame so many mega rated cards for released so soon. Any totw player is going to he pretty useless for long term players.

Virgil Van Dijk has 10 versions. Ten. FUCKING TEN! The entire system is broken but changing it would mean removing the excuses for Promos and there really is no way EA are letting that go unless they have no choice!

To be fair though, he is the greatest centre back of all time. They should just put him in as an Icon and have done with it.

The promos are the most exciting times even if they are absolute cash grabs. 

 

I do agree with TOTS though, it always a bit much, it just comes along and shits on everything.

Well they should have every player start with a standard card and a card that changes depending on IFs, etc. Clearly the variable IF cards would be worth a lot more and that in itself will create a really interesting market but constantly making previously high rated cards redundant simply to maintain a high value 5-10% bracket is ridiculous.

 

But yes, VVD is even at a relatively young age a legendary and Icon worthy CB.

I got Mee and Verdi from my player picks. More SBC fodder. 

 

Packed a couple of low value informs plus gold Mahrez in the rewards though so should be useful at a later date.

i haven’t opened the other packs from rivals and gold 2, saving for TOTS.
