Oh but my chrimbo Torrariaiaia got a bump from 82 to 86. WHOOP!

My IF Alisson got bumped from 86 to 88 and OTW Felipe Anderson is now 88, nice.

385-390k according to Futbin, I paid 270k. Sitting on 550k, tempted to give Neymar a try at LW and take the profits on Anderson.

That's exactly what I did. Friday afternoon the price difference between the 2 came down to about 120k so neymar was bought.

Couldn't resist a roll on the base icon upgrade and got the Non-Flying Dutch man. Which isn't too bad I guess! Atleast it wasn't a goal keeper. The real lucky part was getting Bammy in an untradable two player (1 rare) pack as I was doing it. Bit spoilt for options now. 

 

Really hoping some of my league SBC players get a little boost, Depay, Thuavin, Gnabry, Calaguiri could all actually be in with a shout and I'm still using 3 of those.

29 goals and 10 assists in 37 games for me at the current time, I keep changing my formations and some starters to try and stop the game getting too stale.

 Ive found that Ive needed to set him on conservative interceptions and cover centre to stop his energy dropping. 

 

Total powerhouse though, having him and Fabinho at cdm is like a wall

Honestly sometimes it does feel like that. When I played Goooner here he was outstanding. A genuinely good player that deserved to beat me. This happens to me online maybe 1 in 5 times. 

Just smashed someone 4-0, they had no shots on target so it couldn't stiff me!

He's alright as a solo CDM, as long as you keep an eye on him and tell him to stay back, etc.  He's kind of like having a CB as a CDM really.  So you end up with 3 beasts on the field, which can be quite handy.  But also risky...

 

I'd rather a Matuidi or similar, but as a lowly ESP prole, I am stuck with him!

I’ve completed Luiz, had plenty players in my club to use towards the challenges. Now to see how I’ll use him alongside my current CBs. Will experiment with 3 and 5 at the back and see how they go. 

 

Edit: based on this comparison, looks like Thiago Silva is being confined to the bench and I’ll stick with 4 at the back.
