I'm finding post patch mostly good. The ball seems freer again, so tackles bouncing away a bit more. Also shooting as already said is more balanced.

I'm inclined to agree.

 

I played Rivals last night and actually won more than I lost, which never happens.

 

Defending was better, shots were missing, both theirs and mine and it felt fairer.

 

For the first time in ages I enjoyed playing Fifa.

 

Plus my new team is mentally good fun.

Thinking about taking a punt on an icon at striker. One of my targets before the game was released was to get Socrates so I’m probably going to sell Marcelo (I’ve still got CL OTW Alex Telles to play at LB) to help fund the chain smoking, hard drinking, legendary captain on the Brazil team from the early 80s. 6 feet 4 inches tall with 4* skills and a 5* weak foot makes him seem like an amazing target man to play in around my pace merchants.

HIs 92 is an insane card from what I've read up on him.

Revised team for Weekend League. Switches to 4-4-2 diamond at kick-off with Griezman at CAM.

 

 

Wasnt planning on changing things to incorporate Di Maria but when I caught sight of FS Mendy it was clearly meant to be. FUTMAS Arias is still very solid but can’t seem to find a suitable improvement for him that keeps max chem.

 

Anyway, looking forward to getting a shot with this new left side.
