85 minutes, Rashford (On for the exhausted Larsson) tackles the opponents keeper (De Gea... because it's always fucking De Gea) and even though he takes a good touch forward after it he hits the worst 'shot' I have ever seen from 8 yards out. So, with the ball trickling toward the line and De Gea somehow recovered and running back the big prick Spaniard dives toward the ball and even though his hand isn't beside the ball, it changes direction going perfectly along the line at a right angle as if he tipped it. So, in summary the ball can pass THROUGH my keepers hands but the opponents keeper can stop me scoring without actually having to touch the fucking ball. 89 minutes opponent scores from a corner. Weekend League over!

 

If it wasn't my final game and Gold 3 wasn't already secured it would have derailed me entirely. I was so annoyed I didn't bother recording it as I appreciate it sounds ridiculous but I assure you that is my WL ended last night! Utter pish!!

 

I'd probably have lost my voice box by that point.

What about that new La Liga special Casemiro? Not checked his stats yet but as a straight CDM he should be tasty.

 

I would also say you have to get Europa Live Kondogbia at CDM but your chem all round would take a hit.

I didn’t know there was a new Casemiro special, I’ve got a load of la liga players in my club so would just have to spend a while getting the rest that I need. His stats looks pretty good, especially defensively.

He looks rock solid doesn’t he. EL Kondogbia is a mutant and I can’t see me using any other player at CDM this year but that Casemiro looks maybe a little better from a defensive perspective just not as mobile.

 

I was using standard Casemiro before I packed Kondogbia and he was great so should work great in that Brazil setup.

Played my first match against him last night on Rivals, he was pretty fucking tasty.

 

Think I lost the match with a stupid keeper throw to the nearest CB who happened to have Rooney next to him, bam! Intercepted and goal.

 

I need to learn skills, getting the ball and pegging up the pitch isn't working as well as I'd like.

I took the game off because I just don't understand it.  

 

I got beat 4 -1 I think it was where standard gold belotti scored 3 25 yard finesses against me.  Not timed, just finesse shots.  He's got sub 70 long shots.  But flashback Ibra missed like a half dozen green timed ones.  They just kept going past the post.  I thought I was going to lose it but then I just deleted the game.

 

I'm kind of sad as I want to like the game as UT is the best example of creating your own team from the best players but it's just not fun to play with them but I just couldn't go on not enjoying the game.

 

I think I'll try some rocket league.  I get hammered there all the time but at least I can see I deserved it.

FFS why havent the prices of players I want dropped since the WL?

 

Want to get 2 IFs but they are a good 40k about what i want to pay and Futbin tells me they have been a lot lower even from what im willing to pay for them!

Who are you chasing man? I'm in that weird place where I have a fair bit of coin (over 200k when this weeks rewards drop) but really don't need to change anything so it would just be for the sake of it. FUTMAS Arias at RB is maybe worthy of changing but that would contradict how effective he still is for me. Could maybe grab an IF version of guys I have already but the change would be miniscule.

I've done Thuavin, Gnarby, Depay and Doucoure. I want to do more but I'm running out of room to logistically fit them into the same team. :(

 

It's fair to say I enjoy the SBC more than I do the game. The Doucoure one went really well for me, ended up packing Fabinho, Hummels and a few throw away informs. I broke about even and that's without flogging any none walk outs.
