I have Backbone on him as it puts him to Prime Icon CDM level but depends what you want from him. I ask him to stand on a wall and say nobody’s gonna touch you tonight, not on my watch.

 

Plus he has the potential for a few more boosts as Valencia progress :)

Went tradeable. Got Higuain and Lukaku so that made me a bit of coin but everything else pure shite.

 

And what’s the point in grinding out wins to hit 14 in WL and still end up getting all your options capped 84 rated. Should provide at least one option from within your 2 picks that is above 84 to prove that it’s even fucking active. Ended up Muriel and Koscielny. Pish!

Why is there no bulk sell / transfer list option? I have 517 normal gold contract cards that provide a player with 13 matches. I have 174 rare ones that provide 28 games for a gold player. I have no need for pretty much all of them. That’s 689 cards I want to quick sell or list and I have to do them one at a fucking time. It’s not hard to provide a bulk facility so why is it not there? Is it to prevent me from making coins on all the shite like this that I have accumulated because of the horrendous pack system?

I have FB Zlatan and can get Rooney in to play at CAM behind him and Larsson, but can’t get Rooney higher than 8 chem. That is still pretty amazing but cant decide if should do it. I have a few decent high rated players and enough coins to cover it but not sure.

Futbin told me the Nakata prime would only cost me about 240k to do, and so far hes been great, ai controlled hes always after the ball, up and down the pitch, when i have him the balls glued to his foot and his finess and long shots are spot on.

 

Just need the market prices to drop after WL and i’ll have my final team completed.

I brought Griezman back in to play at CAM for WL and he has been incredible. 27 goals and 16 assists in the 30 games he played. Still not enough to get me past the 14 wins barrier mind you (I did get to 16 but then lost my final game as a result of something I can’t talk about or I will never play the game again).

Ive took the punt on Rooney, had to spend 60k outside of the untradables but he feels very good in the few games I played. 

 

Not quite sure where I am going to play him like, I don't want to move Ibra off the top. Gunna bounce between CAM and CDM whilst I see out my icon loans.

 

With Rooney, Ibra and Pogba I don't like how United my team is looking though. :mellow:

 

Also its bloody typical after 2 weekends of it I decided not to take part in the weekend league and it gets an extension. :seanr:

It wasn't anything I had done. I was winning 1-0. A fantastic 20 yard strike from Douglas Costa after I worked the ball back up the part following a cleared corner. It was a well earned goal, no exploits or cheapness, just a nice goal. 6 minutes later it was 1-1. The ball bobbles to Messi on the left hand side of the box after what seemed to be a perfect tackle. He shoots and even though Lloris is perfectly positioned and reacts well with both hands up to save, I have to accept that the ball passes directly through, THROUGH, half of Lloris left hand, bounces of something that doesn't exist and then loops into the net. That was bad enough, but FIFA wasn't done with me.

 

85 minutes, Rashford (On for the exhausted Larsson) tackles the opponents keeper (De Gea... because it's always fucking De Gea) and even though he takes a good touch forward after it he hits the worst 'shot' I have ever seen from 8 yards out. So, with the ball trickling toward the line and De Gea somehow recovered and running back the big prick Spaniard dives toward the ball and even though his hand isn't beside the ball, it changes direction going perfectly along the line at a right angle as if he tipped it. So, in summary the ball can pass THROUGH my keepers hands but the opponents keeper can stop me scoring without actually having to touch the fucking ball. 89 minutes opponent scores from a corner. Weekend League over!

 

If it wasn't my final game and Gold 3 wasn't already secured it would have derailed me entirely. I was so annoyed I didn't bother recording it as I appreciate it sounds ridiculous but I assure you that is how my WL ended last night! Utter pish!!
