5 games with Marcelo at left back, 4 wins and a draw.  He's an amazing defender, catches up with and tackles everyone. When I've been winning late on I've been putting him at CAM with CL OTW Telles coming in at LB and it's a working a treat to close out games. 

 

Still, I'm probably going to sell him at some point to fund an icon. Fancy either Socrates or Ronaldinho, hard to decide!

I've went for Ibra, he just looks too good to resist. He's rated like 97 ovr in game. Going to be filth and get him 10 chem with an LA player then sub him off. ^_^

 

Then I have 4 loan icons in CAM to keep him sweet for when I venture into the weekend league too. (Keane, Ballack, Shevchenko and Raul.) so happy they brought these loans back even though the 84 rated ones are very pricey.

How does that work for the sub that comes on Steely? Do they get just 5 chem? I ask because I also went for ‘I Am Football’ but as I already use Larsson I can get my full starting eleven to 10 chem except for Kroos (CAM) and Zlatan who are on 8. Figured that’s as good as I could probably get it without making subs at start and losing chem in other places.

I did think the link to Larsson would be enough to get him 10 chem but sadly not. I am happy having him and Kroos at 8 rather than having another player that ends up with 5 when I bring them on.

The 9 obviously doesn't include loyalty or manager as well.

Just realised that 4-5-1 has Larsson as a CAM but I will play him Striker so that will impact his chem I think. Maybe have him as CF?

 

EDIT: Larsson as CF still only gets his chem to 9 and there are no swedish managers on the market anymore :lol:

 

Without a Swedish Manager Larsson at 9 and everyone else full is the best I can do.

All change in my team in the last few weeks, it's unusual for me to need to rely heavily on defensive players but that's what's required to grind out results. Might even get me to the heady heights of division 4. No pennies spent in gathering this lot.

Cheers for the couple games last night @Ballzzie. Reminded me how enjoyable FIFA can be with folk in here. We really didn’t appreciate at the time just how amazing our 1v1 community was!

 

Managed to grab a Swedish Manager last night so that’s full team up to 10 chem with Zlatan in the starting line up. Cheers @Steely for the little tweaks :)

No problem. I had 6 games last night with my new line up, Ibra is great. Even from the threat from corners alone. Over the moon to finally have Pogba on my team the lanky arsewipe has caused me nothing but grief this year, so it's nice to spread the joy. 

 

Most impressive of all... I couldn't be bothered subbing out Allesandrini for a CDM so I just played him there alongside Rabiot. On 3 chem and out of position as a winger playing CDM he has been spot on. :lol: the games broken.
