Is anyone doing or already done the Kroos CL TOTG SBC? I managed to do the first part with players in my club and could do the other bit for about 80k but his 70 pace is flashing red at me like a big FUCK NO warning! Everything else though looks amazing and with the right chem card he could be very handy.

Its only slightly higher than my CL card but heck it looks better right? :eyebrows:

I'd for for it @MardiganX. Normal Kroos is the best midfielder I've used - fuck pink Oscar, CL Fabinho, Flashback Gotze right in their stupid fucking faces, Toni shits all over them then bangs one in the bottom corner before shagging loads of supermodels and all the shit-titted mums you could care to name, and then defeats Godzilla AND Mothra single handedly.

Cheers lads. With a Shadow card on him he looks fucking incredible! About to pick up Varane who at 230k seems quite overpriced but he is the best I can get to improve Casemiro Chem without bringing in an icon. Couple days I should have enough cards for FUT swap Kurzawa and then Kimpembe will be back to 10 chem too :)

Varane with an Anchor is rated 91 as a CB.  230k is not overpriced for a 91 rated CB!

Finished updating my team. Will have to make do with 8 chem Fabinho for the time being. 

 

Have a decent bunch of lads to call off the bench when my starters start to run out of stamina. Especially Dybala who always seemed dead within an hour as a CAM but hope keeping him forward as a striker in this formation helps.

Almost deleted this game last night. First match, Rivals. Go up against a decent enough 82 rated squad playing 4141 i think, the strong defensive/quick counter position.

 

Anyway so we start and bang my team are fucking waist high in trecle. Turning and reacting is so slow its almost unplayable.

 

I managed to give a decent game though but after 90 mins in the 2nd min hes on the counter and my defenders mong out and bang corner. I say it out loud to myself “This is where he scores and wins”. I select Ramos, my tall sturdy, defender ready to header it clear. He then changes his kicker. My selection resets and goes back to Zola, the 3’ 4” Gnome of the footballing world. He takes his kick and his player headers it down,  but Courtois has stopped it!!!! But he couldnt grab it, although 20 game minutes earlier he grabbed a ball out of the air that was flying at 400mph?!? And the ball bounces to the next opposition player that of course is not being marked because my defenders have suddenly started playing the Statue Game. And the player just casually chests the ball in an open goal as Courtois lays there looking up at the sky.

 

I press the PS button, close the game and leave the room.

Nobody seems to run in here saying omg I just won the flukiest game ever when the game screwed over my opponent in the last minute. The game is the same for both players and you will get luck just like your opponent will. Accept it or delete it. :sherlock:

Yes they do, I posted a few videos complaining about the game where I won and shouldn’t have, I regularly moan about the game win or lose, it’s a shit game and nobody who actually wants a football game to play should just accept it, this version isn’t good enough, there is no skill gap, I can lose to somebody who I completely outplay because they can first time finesse giving me no option to defend it, how can they believe this product is good enough.

The game is absolute garbage.  The hasn't been many games that are less fun to play than this.  It's no longer a football game as no game is won by each team pinging it around to get to 25 yards and then first time curling it into the top corner, when the back is coming from behind you and you can't be facing the goal to get the best angle. 

 

At least the old games resembled football for all it may have been about pace and low drivers by the goal keeper.

It'll be interesting to see if this is the point where ea start to lose the user base.  It's 6 patches in 3 months now and there are still a large part of the player base are properly unhappy with the game.  I can't think of hearing as many streamers complaining about the state of the game as there are now.  The pack weights are now visibly awful.  You know with an ultimate pack for example you have a less than 1% change of a special card.  

 

It'll be interesting at least and in my opinion no less than they deserve if this is peak FIFA income for them.

I know 2 guys who were prolific top 100 players and actually qualified for regionals on several occasions over 17 and 18, and for that matter got verification and now get to play qualifiers for events on 19 who have quit the game, they can’t take it serious, they get no fun out of it win or lose.

 

I think it’s downhill for EA from here, I hope FIFA actually take the licence from them and somebody fresh gets a chance to make a go of it.

Yeah I meant as in its the overpowered shot. Low driven shots were a bit accurate but you had to at least work them. 

 

Well I've played it post patch and did not win hardly any tackles. The balance is all off again. And finesse shots are so OP. Early on people hasn't worked it out but now you can see everyone doing it. 

 

I think it might be time to move on.
