Just fully fed up with the game. Not enjoying it at all.

 

The main factor though was down to the amount of time I spent on SBC, Buying and selling players it was just way too much. 

 

I start a new job on Monday so it was the best time to pull the plug for me. 

 

I'm not deleting Fifa, will probably play some seasons at some point just done with FUT. 

 

 

I saw this in a dream Steely. You deleted your FUT, we all kicked off, then you set up a FTL. Amazing!!

Forget the packs, the overall cost of getting one of those primes is significantly less than the cost of doing it for either of the previous ones. That on its own is buuuuullshit!!

 

The chances of making the difference up from the better pack rewards must be around 1% so it’s still a much easier SBC to do. Perhaps to increase baby icon prices (which they have overnight) as folk see it’s cheaper to get one of those primes and the main cost is whatever price the lowest baby icon is.

 

Jusr another Saturday in FUT though innit.

Anyone think Baby Icons (which have hit 700k now btw :angry:) will drop the later this sbc goes?

 

*Just nabbed baby Carlos for 695k, so at least I can use him whilst I wait for the BF prices to kick in then trade for Zola and buy Prime Carlos! :hat:

 

Need another one for Zanetti mind...

I really don't know how much more expensive baby icons can get. By any measure they are WAY overpriced right now.

We may get something that brings them crashing down soon too, so while they may rise a bit, they may also drop 30-40%. 

Personally, I'd be waiting until just before Set 2 Expires, or until something happens (like a baby Icon SBC).

With the last two Icon sets, Baby Icon prices have risen for the first couple of days, then slowly dropped back down to the 600k range as the Icon Sets expire.

There's internal fluctuations in that period of course, Sunday evenings are the cheapest points generally.

 

If you want a baby Icon, and want to give yourself the best chance of maximising your coins, I'd pick the 5 or 6 cheapest and spend 15 minutes studying their graphs.

Then stick them in a concept squad and check their prices regularly. That way you'll know better than 99% of the community when to buy one.

 

If you REALLY want to get good at it, I'd recommend watching Run The FUT Market's Twitch streams. 
It's a wall of noise, and exhausting viewing, but he trades in Icons a hell of a lot and you'll gain great insight into how to watch the icon market.

Dunno about high end players. I bought ucl mbappe for 600k as I'd heard he was excellent and I hated him. He didn't get behind or widen the pitch at all.  Potm Lucas was way better.  I've tried but can't find a player better than potm Lucas so far.  I do like sif Werner though. He's one of the few players in the game that can break the back line and not get caught.

Finished my weekend league already, silver 1 after a disappointing run of results. Feeling like I’ve stagnated a bit with my Brazilian team, tempted to try something else. As great as IF Talisca and Paulinho are, their league makes it hard to link with other nationalities.   

 

Currently on just over 1m with this lot tradeable

Was refreshing a squad that I'm looking to mix things up to on Futbin and it keeps dropping. Going to wait few more hours, as I guess people are starting to offload their weekend league teams after completing their 30 games and BF is less than a week away...

TOTW Neto? He’d been great for me up until this weekend where he had a nightmarish Fut Champs. Can’t find a better option though, Buffon is the closest that fits with my PSG centre backs.

Something to be said for taller keepers with high reflexes and diving.  Donnarumma @1.2k  (88 & 88, 6ft5) was outstanding for me for aaaages until I could afford Handanovic (87 & 89, 6ft4, but better reactions, jumping, positioning, etc).  Why don't you just buy Buffon?

 

Sometimes the kicking stat can falsely increase a keepers rating. Who gives a fuck about kicking.  Either lump it to your big guy, or chip it to the wing. What other times does a keeper need to be good at kicking?!

I've had to switch to WL rewards Casilias :facepalm: but its massively improved.

 

Really missing Courtois.

Also do I wait until Sunday night to start buying?? 

 

As for goalies, I didn't find Neto 'that' bad, Alisson wasn't a great improvement but Ederson is definitely the better keeper.
