Off to a good start in Weekend League, a 3-0 rage quit after 30 minutes and a 4-1 victory setting me on my way. Gotze's a fucking animal, shits all over every other CM I've used that isn't Toni Kroos. However, I'm currently using CL Schmelzer and Reus to accommodate him, and whilst both are good, I'm not exactly ecstatic about them. It also leaves one of my CBs at 7 chemistry.

 

So, I'm looking at Sancho when it goes live again. I'm getting bored of Lucas anyway, and with Rafinha at RB (crazy good right now, his card says 78 but his proper in game rating is 86 with the current boosts) I wouldn't need to do more for Gotze, and it would free up the left hand side for Mané and Filipe Luis at full chemistry.

I've never played weekend league before. Having Friday evening to myself is a rare event so I thought why the hell not, I've 2000 points let's do this. So went to register and it said "ready to play in 6 days". :doh: what the hell did I do wrong. Not amused. Especially since I've no chance of playing it next week. :facepalm:

In other news the Prime Icon SBC 3 is back but doesn’t seem to have been made much more difficult. Looks like just an 82 rated squad added to what it had earlier in the week and FUTBIN says still almost 500k cheaper to do than SBC 2. Obviously Larsson is in SBC 2. Fucking wankers!!

The pack rewards are dogshit now though, so stops people from rinsing it for profit.

But it’s still a prime icon for a LOT less than the other Icon SBCs. Surely they should be the same?

 

I get that the only reason they exist is to drive up the prices of every single baby icon but if I am going to get fucked over I would appreciate it being done with a little consistency!

I've fallen in love with another Brazilian - turns out Oscar is a lot better than I had been giving him credit for. I've stuck a sniper card on him and told him to join in with attacks, and he's killing it. Renato Augusto is doing a great job at sitting deep as well, I'm glad I did the China SBCs now because it stopped me wasting the coins on packs, which would have been inevitable.

95% of those players are untradable though. Its only really Kroos, Casimiro and Fernandez who cost coin. 

 

 

Just fully fed up with the game. Not enjoying it at all.

 

The main factor though was down to the amount of time I spent on SBC, Buying and selling players it was just way too much. 

 

I start a new job on Monday so it was the best time to pull the plug for me. 

 

I'm not deleting Fifa, will probably play some seasons at some point just done with FUT.
