Trying to build a team around my untradables if anyone has any suggestions! (Sadly I cant afford De Gea!)

 

I need a team that can become 4231.

 

Really want to try and squeeze Mertens in, and I have no idea where Perisic is best. Couple of games last night I didnt get a great deal of joy from him.

Rakitic is fine, so is Saul. Both could be good sub options, particularly if you need to swap both Isco and Kroos out.

CL Dier in for Fred gives you a decent anchor man, but put Mertens in and I'm struggling to get half your team above 7 chem.

I'm around 1300 skill points at the moment, not losing much but a lot of draws so one loss kills it. I still miss the old seasons tbh. It's a much better focus and you know when a game is really worth something, really adds to the pressures if you're close to promotion of relegation.

Wasn’t sure how much time I’ll have to play WL games tomorrow and Sunday so, against my better judgement, tried to cram in as many as possible today.

 

20 games and 9 wins later I realised how detrimental it is to play so many in a row without any proper breaks from it. My play has been so up and down and doing this definitely causes bad habits to creep in like rushing shots and attacks meaning simple chances were going begging.  

 

My target was gold 3 so a 50% win ratio will do it but I’ll definitly be spreading the rest over the rest of the weekend and stopping for a bit if I start losing.

Chasing a win will cause more harm then good. Like you said, take breaks.

 

I think when I start cursing at the TV* it means I need to put the controller down for half an hour.

I lost my first of the day then won 4 in a row. Slumped to 4-6 after that and remained two losses more than wins for the next 10.

 

Classic online FIFA though, when I’m playing well it’s the best game ever but when I’m doing shit it’s garbage :D. Thing is, I can hardly blame the game for my defeats as a lot of time it’s self inflicted due to mistakes.

He didn't sell at 2500, but I've worked out why he's up.

He's from Gabon and it's possible Aubamayang PotM hype. So I'll hold him for another couple of weeks.

I can't see how they won't give all the cards 90 pace at some point.

But if you're concerned, I'll post in here when the community thinks the next boost is due and he'll be up in price then 'on hype'. You'll be able to take 3-4k profit then I'm sure.
