I did the same, got Rashford, Falcao and then a load of shite. I'll use the shite in SBCs though.

 

Just waiting for my weekend league stuff now, going to make a start on the icons SBC with my untradeable shitty TOTW players. I figure with the pack rewards, and the fact that I really want Overmars, it's probably worth it.

I'd be very careful. I think prices may rise again today, but they could come down very quickly over the next couple of days too.

The one I bought was to use as he gets a green link to In-Form Sabitzer, and was born out of a frustration that I need better players in this upcoming Weekend League.

 

I'm fully expecting to lose 1-2k on him (which is far more agreeable than losing 4k which is what I thought I would lose a couple of days ago).

I did the same....got nothing but shit.  My pack luck has been out since FIFA 16 Reus pull from my opening free pack.

He's surprisingly ok at tackling.  I have him as my CAM in a 4-1-2-1-2 and he does slright in pressuring defenders/CDM's to get the ball.  If you stick a Finisher Chem on him, he gets some physicality increases (strength, agression & jumping) which helps a bit.  Also then his shooting just goes mental...

 

Finishing, 89, Shot Power 97, Long Shots 99, Volleys 98!

It does cost more to do the SBC - however, about 100k of the cost is tied up in TOTW players, of which I'll have a bunch of untradeable ones from the weekend league clogging up my club going unused. The packs from it are fairly substantial as well, so will help to recoup some of the cost.

 

I should leave it, honestly, as it will still eat up all of my rewards for the next month, but I'm stupid, and I'll at least make use of the card at the end of it.

I only had one scream card last year, an untradable Sturridge who was lethal when boosted. I’ll need to watch the market for them. Will even try to resist opening my fut champs packs tonight and wait for the promo to start tomorrow...

Best use I had for the Scream cards was for an Icon SBC, when the moon was full it boosted 2/3 shitty cards so I could complete the SBC.

 

Hoping for something better tomorrow night.
