I am salivating at Koulibaly. 

 

I'm trying to work out if the 10% off deal through FIFA 18 is worth it to get the Champions Edition...So that'd be £72....and with the CD Keys £50 for £45 PSN credit, that's...£67 I'd be paying for it.  in other words, £7 for 15 Jumbo Gold packs.  (vs. the £60 for the Standard edition where you get 5 Jumbo Packs).

 

That's worth it, right?

So!  £20.99 for 35 Jumbo Packs then.  Hmm...It's the equivalent of 300 FIFA points for each pack, right?  So, £2.25 per pack?

Valero was my top pull, sold already. Built a basic team around Brazilian players, only had to buy LB, LW and RB for hardly anything.

I got 5,000 coin reward then used some MS credit to buy a few packs. Built a pretty decent ITA1 squad.

Nothing above 79 in my early packs. Haven’t purchased any and don’t plan to so much like the last 6 years on Ultimate Team looks like this is going to be a real grind!

I am going for a France start-up team and have maybe 4 or 5 players that can be used so have a fair bit of work to do once I generate some coins. A nice problem to have though, the initial gold digging stages of UT are brilliant!

I'm in the middle of a France/Italy hybrid...Balotelli is a great link.  He's playing alongside the wonderfully named Kevin Lasagne.  It's like someone asked a kid to make up an Italian footballer.  

 

I literally only bought him because of his name.  I can't wait for him to score.

He is a big chunk of my budget (almost half) but is absolutely worth the outlay. That is the kind of player that can do a job for a long time!

Yeah, I've got him and Bonaventura alongside Bakayoko now.  They will last a few divisions!

 

It's worth doing all the crappy Bronze SBC's, as you get (untradable) player cards as rewards, so you can sell your benchers for cash and keep the untradables!  You get a choice of 5 players, minimum 78, or 80, differing positions, etc.  Then you can choose which one you want to keep.  I don't remember that in 18?
