I've realised that my team is fucking blinding, and no new players will make it better, its me that needs to improve.

Yeah the update is free, but you have to buy Fifa 18 to get it.

 

No idea whether it will be the same as WC 14 - I'm going to say it won't be, just because they still have plans for PTG cards.

 

@Jerec stay strong, and don't go mad buying packs tonight, TOTS MC is always the worst of the TOTS promos, they rely on people spanking coins on packs so they have to spend money when the big leagues drop.

Wing play leading to cut backs. Sanchez isn’t going to win many headers so don’t bother crossing it too much unless he’s making a run into open space. Have Sane and Salah set to “Run in Behind”, and Bakayoko set to “Stay Back When Attacking”. Get your full backs to overlap your wingers and try to dribble to the byline for R1 + X hard cut backs into the box.

Also, have De Bruyne on balanced attack/defence: he’s your box to box midfielder due to his H/H work rates. Set Del Piero to stay forward (H/M). Have Sanchez play as a false 9. As you won’t be crossing a lot, have your wingers on cut inside and free roam. 

 

When playing against narrow formations, such as 4-1-2-1-2 (2) or even 4-3-3, use your fullbacks to release pressure.

 

Edit- just realised that’s Kante, not Bakayoko. So set him on aggressive interceptions. Put another CDM on your bench incase his stamina runs low. 

 

This formation tends well to possession based gameplay, so don’t rush your passes. Especially from the back. Slow the play right down and build it up through the wings.

Had a mini losing streak last night, with some annoying goals conceded. So in a fit of (sad) rage I opened 2 x 100k packs off the store. No board in the first one, hence opening the second pack. Pulled 91 Fabinho! Sold him for 300k, which let me finish the Zanetti SBC (to go in the Gullit SBC)

Stopped on 21 wins. Still got 10 games to play, so by far my best return so far. Can’t hit Elite 3 monthly, so no point knackering myself out.

 

Instead, I finished off the Gullit SBC. Started today on 792k, ended on 455k. Used EVERY high rated untradeable card I had, except for Greizmann, KDB, Rooney, Kaka and Herrera. 

 

When are we expecting the Prem TOTS to drop? Hoarding these packs is killing me!

There's a Community TOTS SBC which is a no brainer to do right now. Spend 35k on a TOTS card or complete the weekly objective for the Spanish guy and it's about 5k. Most of the community TOTS is great players so it's well worth it, even the worst players are 87 rated so you can use them in another upcoming SBC.

 

I got one of the worst cards, Van Ginkel, and even he's decent.

Yeah I was about to post the same thing, its a no brainer! I got 91 Sule, which I am delighted with because he slots straight into my team alongside my Boateng and Fahrmann! :D

 

The EPL one on the other hand, isnt worth doing though, non of the players are over 40k. (Apart from Sessegnon at 50k)
