Nice one @gooner4life! Zaha is extinct on the market as well, so that’s guaranteed to sell fast. 

 

Just won a game in WL 3-2 in the 120th min. Went 1-0 up but then had CR7 sent off ( I tried to do a fake pass but the defender just got in front of the ball and Ronaldo did a horrendous sliding tackle instead! Grrr...). Went 2-1 down before HT with my opponent dabbing and shushing and generally taking the mick. Equalised in 88th min. The winner was a beauty from Pogba too. So I celebrated with a bit of salt :hat:

So after going 14 from 18 in WL, I then proceeded to lose my next 8 games in a row. The calibre of player I’m being match maked with is MUCH higher than normal. I’m guessing that’s due to my much better than usual start and I’m playing Elite players rather than Gold level players. A bit disheartening with the results, but most games were pretty tight affairs. I was 3-2 up in one match with 2 mins left of extra time and I tried to time waste in the opposition corner. Then had what felt like 2 actual minutes of added time, which only ended after they equalised. Then lost on penalties... :(

That 98 rated Salah looks a bit handy! Annoyingly his OTW (That I have) value appears to be in freefall though. :( 

 

93 Sane also looks abit useful.

 

I have enough cash to do one of them but cant see myself doing either of them, It would be all of my spare monies for untradables...

I struggled to get to Silver 2 over the weekend, some ridiculous games, and I think my controller is busted, look at this 92nd min fuck up that cost me the match

 

 

As far as I am aware I werent pressing anything on the pad :blink:

I'm sticking with it for TOTS then I'm done with the game, at least full time, causing me too much grief, stress and late nights, I'm blaming Fifa for my lack of Gym too, it was like Destiny when it was at its Raid peak, but without the raging and arguments with the wife.

 

2 more weeks then freedom!

Also not sure why but when i'm through passing to Carlos hes stuttering with the ball rather than sprinting off down the wing, and its making him lose his momentum and the element of surprise that he can bring!

 

Loads of games my players were being weighted down and their pace slowed, its a joke! Why have these wicked players when they get penalised when playing a lower team, even though the lower team can be devastating?!?!

Nah mate I'm done.

 

I feel like I'm playing because I have to, not that I want to. Probably has a lot to do with the money I've spent, but I said it was a one off and I won't ever do it again. Doubt I'll touch Fifa 19 either.

 

I don't like the person it makes me.

 

Although Clash Royal did the same, and after a long break I am better with it now.

So I put loan Giroud up front to try for the “3 headed goals with EPL TOTW players” weekly objective. 5 games later, still no headed goals from Giroud, although he’s doing pretty well really. 6th game he gets a hattrick of headers!! What the...?!!

Flogged my OTW Salah, so in total, I've got about 1.2m in the bank for when these TOTS teams drop. (Huzzah, I'm a millionaire!)

 

Obviously I flogged him before he scored 2 goals last night, because I'm clever that way. :doh:

 

Gone back to my loan team method for the time being, whist I wait for some price droppage. Looking forward to using TOTS Salah and Sane. (I've still got my Maradona, Larson, Kane and Shearer loans to use, along with Hagi, Laudrup, Pires and Deco, I really need to start using them up!)

I played Online Draft last night. Lost in the final after leading 5-3 on 74 mins. First time I’ve used Prime Ronaldinho. What a player!

 

So far I have 800k in the bank and 88 packs saved up. My next decision is “when” to open them. Probably when most consistent and EPL cross over in packs.
