Yeah, I've got the same issue, and not for the first time. 50 saved packs seems to be the number where you've burned through most of those players who clutter up your club.

Again from experience, I can tell you your club fills up quick when you open 50 packs.

 

On that note... It's worth having an empty transfer list when we do the big open. You'll get a far few dupes.

I’m going to use my transfer listed players to do a few more of those 82+ SBC’s.

 

Needed 2 wins from my last 2 games for Gold 2. Went 1-0 up in the first after 5 mins and the opponent quit (already? Really?) and then came up against a near-full Icon team. But all of them were the SBC prime Icons: Yashin, Rio, Puyol, Roberto Carlos, Petit, Vieira, Deco, Del Piero, Henry and Jay-Jay. Plus Walker at RB. Won 3-2 after a very tough game. Spent the last 10 mins time wasting like a complete cock!

Got my Silver 2 at 2:30 this morning, had 7 games left I was on fire and on for Gold 3 but that would of been at least another hour!

 

I think I’ve found a formation I’m happy with (41212(2)) that gives me control, defence and attacking opportunities! Snuck in a quick Season match before leaving for work, guy quit 2 nil down after 37 minutes. Fingers crossed it’s a turning point!

Tonights MM and transfer SBC ended up costing me about 30k but it’s 8 more packs in the pile. 

 

The Japanese league one was a bitch to do and the two Costa challenges were tough for what I had in my club but got there in the end after lots of concept juggling and bidding wars.  

 

Probably the most awkward night of SBC puzzling I’ve had yet.

:D Not short of PS4 storage space after my kids pulled the plug from the wall, which crashed the console and corrupted the hard drive leading to me having to start again!

I’m assuming you’re on about the Diego Costa SBC. For the first one I put a lot of different league Spanish players in. For the second I went La Liga on left hand side and Prem on right hand side. All different nationalities, apart from where they meet in the middle, to help chem.

Qualified for the weekend league first time of asking yesterday.

 

I recon I might attempt to squeeze some games in this time round though.

 

I didn't leave much to chance going into the final, playing some of my pretty hefty loan cards just encase. (Ronaldo, Pogba, Van Bastan, Viera, Matthaus.)

 

I'm usually happy when someone quits but not this time, Matthaus in particular was ridiculous fun to play with. :D

There must be groups or individuals out there that buy out these positions for certain clubs required for SBCs and  just bump up all the prices. We should do it. :D

 

Take a look at a team required for a SBC, then buy out one position which has seemingly limited number of cards, Im talking less than 5 pages worth. Then relist them all with a massive price hike! Am I being naive or does that seem quite straight forward. :huh:

I'm convinced that the Transfer Market is one big bot and EA bid on various cards to manage prices and put new cards in or to take old cards out.
