Help me build a team to get Ronaldo on 10chem please fellas.

 

I would like to play with Firmino and Mkhitarian, and I have Fernandinho, Herrera, Aurier, Keane, Butland, Paulinho in my club.

 

I have 60k in monies, and am more than happy to change formation in game.

 

I've been using the 442 and 4411 in squad battles, and quite like the look of Jonathon Viera with Artist chem as a cheap left winger, if that helps matters at all.

A positional change and loyalty will boost Fernandinho up to 10 chem. Kroos can be picked up for around 67k. I use him in my squad, he’s not the quickest but his passing, outside the box shooting and pretty decent defending make up for his lack of pace. You can then upgrade Meltzer to Marcelo, and Mustafi to David Luiz when you get the coins.

If I had around 120k to spend what would be best area to improve in this squad? It’s a hybrid of the best players from my German and Premiership squads. Got IF Kimmich up for sale just now and he seems to be fetching a decent price so want to re-invest. Just not sure where.

 

 

I also have Werner, Khedira, Bellarabi and a couple other decent players on the bench / reserves so just need some fine tuning.

I went for Lacazette at ST and Dembele at RW (you’d get chem with Bakayoko) for 120k. Had to use a French manager to get Dembele to 10 chem but he’s an absolute monster with insane pace and 5* skills and weak foot. 

 

You’ve got Salah there though so probably don’t want to change the RW spot.

I’d 100% go for Dembele over Salah, infact i’d have Martial LF, Laca and Dembele RF

Im loving that front three, best I’ve had yet in 18. 

 

Marquee matchups this week. I’m cashing in on my Aberdeen squad which cost next to nothing, plus any random SPFL players that I’ve packed. Gold Celtic players are going for good coins.

Goretzka on 6 chem is the obvious weak link, especially with Asp on 7 chem behind him.

 

I'd go for a Fernandinho, Marcelo, Pique trio, which would also bring Ter Stegan up to 10 chem.

Sell bailly and move Asp in there instead = 10 chems all round.

Bailly and Azp are untradeable  I have Schmelzer to slot in at LB which puts Goretzka on 9 and Schmelzer on 10 chem so that is a decent compromise since I will lose Azp.

Pure naivety here but does the individual chem of players affect their individual stats? I always thought how they play, move, etc was just dictated by the overall chem.

Yes it does. Futbin allows you to see how they are affected using the chem styles addition on the right of a player profile page.

Do role instructions stay on the position or the player? I.e, I get better chem if I play Griezmann at ST and Benzema at CF, but I like to swap them around at the start of a game as like Benzema to hold up the play and Griezmann to run off him. So when I switch their positions, do they take their role instructions with them or do they swap instructions as well?

Check the instructions Tab during the match, though Ive got a strong feeling that they dont move with the player. (Because not all positions have the same instruction options.)

With stuff up for sale I should have enough for Lacazette tonight but after that I’m at a loss as to who to bring in at CM. Pogba and Kante are both perfect fits Chem wise but it will February before I can raise funds for either of them. HELP!!!!

You need 10 games for loyalty, and it adds 1 to chem. I’ve not used Gündoğan though so can’t comment on him

Any reason you're so attached to Goretzka? Herrera is only 2.5k more, shares the same High/high WR and is better in every department except pace... plus would solve all Chem issues with any Prem LB behind him.

 

This allows you to bring in Fernandinho for 3k who is a top CDM type.
