While you lot lord it up with your Prime Henry's and your TOTW packs, us plebs who aren't good enough to qualify for the WL and all those glorious rewards are slumming it via the soul-sapping, Bronze pack methoding, constant trading of Russian League silvers lifestyle. 

 

Holding onto two discard IF Asads (MLS player) for 6 weeks has finally paid off with last night's Henry SBC launch as I managed to flog them both for 12k profit each. 

This has taken me to 1.25m coins. If I sell EVERYTHING tonight, I might be able to hit 1.7m, which is what a certain CR7 tends to hover around on Sunday and Mondays.

 

What a shame my interest in the game has just started to wane. But Ronnie was the goal when I bought the game so let's see if I can do it.

Mate told me last year it was all day. Surprise flash pack sales every hour or so inc 125k!

20 wins from 21 on legendary in squad battles this week, averaging just over 2100 per game which is still 9000 away from top 100. The loss was a 1-0 slog against a 186 with special cards galore who shut down my attack for the whole game after taking an early lead. 

 

I want to push on and hold Elite 1 but have such a busy weekend that I’ve not hope of playing all 24 to get there so hoping that I can accumulate enough from the handful that I will play to get Elite 2.  Still, Elite 2 is two Mega packs, just less coins so that wouldn’t be too bad.

i just opened 10 simulated packs. Utter trash in 8 of them, but 1 had Icon Nesta, David Silva, Gabriel Jesus, Dembele and Martial in. The other good one had IF Pogba (which I want so much), Godin,  Lukaku, Mata and Alli.

 

Im assuming though that these simulated packs won’t be opening to the same algorithm that EA use

There’s a theory EA have made pack weights worse than ever. Someone watched all the Youtubers who get 11 TOTW card packs and apparently there wasn’t a single Hazard, Pogba, Vidal or Naingollan among any of them.

 

I think it makes sense this year. With Squad Battles there are more unpaid for packs than ever. Easiest way to see that is how Squad Fitness are easily picked up for 500 or less and Rare Gold Contracts are commonly 200 coins. You never got that in previous years. 

 

There’s a lot more players out there but a much lower percentage are high rated. 

 

Please don’t buy packs, it’s a waste. Save up your coins.

The flash SBCs will do crazy things to player prices - anyone who gets featured in a 'solution' found on futhead or futbin will jump in price.

Case in point, Stephan Bell, some 76 rated non rare german CB is going for 5k.

 

There's no way to keep track of it, but if you cast an eye on your club and  check random players BINs, you might sell a 400 coin duffer for 1.5k.

The pack weight is disgusting, that’s why I can’t be arsed with the weekend league slog, I’ve got nothing decent from rewards at all.

 

Also the Thierry Henry SBC has 12 amazing packs on paper, but I got Koscielny and Gary Cahill, nothing more.

It's a real roller-coaster, players will jump for the duration of the flash SBC then drop suddenly after. If you can get a couple away, all the better.
