(Forgive my phone UI being shit)

That's a skip for me this month, can't say I'm interested in any of that, and I already got and played FO76 when it was pennies and shit.

(And I quite liked it even as a big New Vegas fan, but don't tell anyone)

I thought it was a pretty fantastic month... Except for the fact that I already own the best games on it (Pathfinder: WotR; Thronebreaker; Scourgebringer; Othercide, in order of quality). Pathfinder alone is worth the price of entry, if you've not already got it.

I would say though that it's very heavy on RPGs for its big hitters (Pathfinder, Thronebreaker and *spits* Fallout 76), so how much you value the bundle at probably relies a lot on how much you enjoy that genre.

I don't think it's a bad selection at all, but I've already got Thronebreaker, and have enough of a CRPG backlog already without adding Pathfinder to it. I feel I'd probably have played Fallout 76 on Game Pass by now if I really wanted to, and the rest aren't really calling out to me.

So it's a skip from me I guess.

Used to love humblebundle when it started out. Load of random mixed stuff and plenty of it was designed for phones too. Keep checking now and then to see if there's a new handheld bundle but I can't remember how many years it's been now since I saw one.

some good discounts on Strategy & Tactics games

I've been loving the side on Door Kickers Action Squad (like an intelligent Broforce) so giving the original overhead Doorkickers a punt for a couple of quid (needs a proton change to launch on deck, I tried latest GE and launched fine).

Not a bad month for me, personally - I always wanted to give Biomutant and Demon Turf a go, and I'm in the middle of a 'three months for £18' deal so those two for £6 is reasonable.

I skipped again this month, think I have a problem with subscriptions in general as never like the coffee ones, I like to spend time looking into what i actually want so a surprise assortment of stuff will rarely hit the mark as i'm too much of a control freak

the new Fanatical package interested me more and nabbed a couple from there.

Don't seem to have a Fanatical thread (or search isn't playing ball)

Picked up Northend Tower Defence cheap on their current offering, it's a high tempo RTS/Tower defence from an Iraqi indie studio, runs fine on deck but you need to map a couple of hotkeys as no control schemes available and it's keyboard and mouse offering. Gets very chaotic very fast.

Choice looks much better this month so far:

Death Stranding Director's Cut

Aliens Fireteam Elite

Rollerdrome

Think I’ll try to pick up a cheap key for Rollerdrome.

I know Rollerdrome is by the devs that did Olli Olli so that is an interesting one, wouldn't mind a go on the Aliens shooter.

I've always assumed Death Stranding is just a game made by somebody that wishes it was a film with hours of tedious cutscenes.

You can probably have my key - I've already got it, and I'm already locked into a three month plan for £6 a month.

Just hoping the indie games are up to snuff. :hmm:

Is it possible to transfer Death Stranding: DC saves from Epic to the Steam version? That would be handy for Steam Deck purposes. :)

Unlike Game Pass UWP fuckery, I wouldn't be surprised if the save files are exactly the same and all you had to do was drop the save in the right folder.

I don't think there's any direct transfer, though. Most games that do that usually ask you to log in on their services, like how CDPR does it for Cyberpunk.

I'm in for the first time in months for Rollerdrome and LIS2.  As I've still not started either my original edition of Death Stranding or the directors cut version Epic accidentally gave me will be nice to have that fully on Steam too.

Sir Brante also looks interesting.

Not bad for $8 after the $4 dollar discount they offered me for not skipping

You were half right.

You need to disable cloud saves on Steam, drop the saves into the right folder, edit the Death Stranding exe with a hex editor to remove a corrupt save check:omg:, launch the game again, save, put the original exe back, re-enable cloud saves and off you go. :D
