I felt this all night, and am particularly pleased that it led to our winner. If Dier had simply stayed on his feet, he might have been able to get to Bobby. But, as Spurs were seemingly playing under instruction to fall to the floor whenever the chance presented itself, he was on his backside instead of marking his man. Live by the soft foul, you'll also die by it.

Wore my LFC mask in Tesco the other night, two of the staff saw it and started banging on about Kane and Son and this and that. I don't really need anything from Tesco but I'm going to pop down today and strut down every aisle until they cry into their crates of potatoes.

Went this afternoon and swaggered. Saw one lad, he looked a bit sheepish. Up for going every day until Christmas to be honest.

Mate.

 

 

He was so, so good last night. And is going to spend the next few years training alongside Thiago, Henderson, Gini (hopefully), Milly, with Klopp overseeing. If the lad keeps his head, he’s got such a bright future.

Tsimikas is out until February. We’re short on reserves but not that short ;)

I know what you mean, the low sun and shadows on the pitch making it difficult to pick out which team is which. I'm not the green away kit would be any better though.

Mad he’s been with us a year now. Obviously lost a chunk of time with lockdown but looks such a tidy player.


Mane looking after him at the title presentation is still one of my favourite moments of that night.
