In the 3 full seasons since Rodgers has been manager of Liverpool (2012/2013 - 2014/2015) he has a better average points per league game for Liverpool than Klopp does for Dortmund (1.81 vs 1.79).

That's pretty much the world's most useless statistic. "If you take out the two seasons when Dortmund under Klopp won the Bundesliga and include the one where Dortmund lost their best players to their rival, got injuries and were generally utter shite so he left, Rodgers is better by the world's smallest margin."

So you are saying you have to go back 4 years to find Klopp performing better than Rodgers in a much easier league with a relatively better team. What happened since 2012? Dortmund are doing great this year without him.

It's good that, until the substitution, we were playing at home with 1 up front. Against Carlisle.

I really do worry about what goes on in Rodgers' head. It's also sad that the most notable thing Firmino has done since he joined is get injured. At least Ings has been lively and Lallana's done well enough (fabulous cross for the goal). Everybody other than that, though...

It's terrible to watch, too. There's just no movement in their half of the pitch, nobody looking for space or trying to make runs behind the defence or diagonally, too many balls played centrally. It looks very comfortable to play against, too.

I'm watching this on an appalling stream, like something from last decade sometime, but then our football is so bad that pixelating it is really the only humane thing to do.

Don't know about anyone else but I think I'm actually on Carlisle's side tonight.

I've never wanted us to lose, no matter the rubbish that's going on around the club. That seems a bit odd to me.

Besides, Carlisle haven't done anything either, it's not like many games in the past where teams have really had a go at us.
