Someone is going to have to really help me out with that team selection, because it Sterling up front does nothing for me. He's been at his best when he has had good movement in front of him to create space/someone to pass too. Without that, what's he going to do?

In nearly every game this season we've struggled to get support up top, so how does this work?

Nope, he's struggled all season trying different ways to get something relatively solid but also with a threat up front, and still hasn't found anything close.

I expect we will be buying another striker in January if Borini is on his way out. Lambert is too old & Balotelli is dreadful. I don't think we should just rely on Sturrudge being the answer up front.

Bit harsh when he stuck by Balotelli for so long when he was much worse than Borini.

I'm not getting this team/formation selection. If we're playing 3 at the back with wingbacks would it not make more sense to have Kolo as one of the three and Glen as RWB instead of Hendo there?
