Respect due indeed. World class when he's at his best. No goals in 2013/14 though. Lots of long range shots when there were better options too.

Rumoured to be £40million. So that is Costa with £8million change.

His Fulham goal was the best and no way has he ever been world class.

To be in that bracket you've got to show some consistency.

I do like him though, he's a good player but I don't know what his best position is.

True - world class is the wrong wording. He was up there with the best and unplayable at the top of his game. But far too inconsistent and frustrating to watch a lot of the time last season.

Just seen this on Twitter:

@JWTelegraph: How have Chelsea got almost £100m for Luiz, De Bruyne and Mata, 3 players Mourinho didn't especially want? Great business

I realise that football journalists seem to think Mourinho walks on water but just because he doesn't want certain players doesn't make them terrible. All three were on long term contracts and wanted to leave, they weren't going to be low balled selling them.

I have been to two finals and the feeling when you get beat is the worst feeling I have ever felt while watching football.

Amen to that, I've only been to one final that Huddersfield have lost (League 1, not the Championship) but it was pretty horrendous. I think for most of us the hangover lingered until we finally managed to scrape up the next year.
