I can't remember who it was who touched on this, but I reckon a non-mafia related rivalry has driven Sepp's decision to place the sanction on Mardigan. I'm not sure if it's a Fifa related rivalry (FTL, 1v1 league, BAP, etc.) or real-life football rivalry. I noticed a few have mentioned Al and with Al being an Aberdonian it would make sense for him to target a Glaswegian, but I reckon if it was Al he'd have targeted the blue half of Glasgow. I think there is another Scotsman who we've let fly under the radar here.

For what it's worth, I think Al is involved with the Scum, but I don't think he's Blatter. I've also got conerns about XYZ but again I don't think that he's Blatter either. Sith's integrity worries me at the best of times, I'm not sure that he'd target Mardigan from the off though. I think he'd have other targets first.
