Before this gets lost in the "E3 predictions" thread, maybe a mod might want to sticky it:

Thursday the 6th (i.e. tomorrow):

Tuesday the 11th:

Useful info: Activision do not have a conference this year, but will likely feature heavily in both Sony and Microsoft's.

Nintendo do not have a conference. Their E3 direct is being recorded in advance.

Closer to the time I'll post links to the streams, if necessary. However, I can recommend GameTrailers as well as VG247 - there should be a huge link on the front page of either of these sites if you check them within a few hours of the times stated.

XBOX PRE-SHOW WITH EXCLUSIVE REVEALS!

E3 stars early on Spike and GT as we kick off our coverage from our new studio at L.A. Live in Los Angeles. Our countdown to the Xbox briefing begins when Xbox's PHIL SPENCER joins Geoff at the Galen Center to announce all the games that will be a part of the Summer of Arcade lineup for Xbox 360. Plus, you don't have to wait until the Xbox briefing for a game announcement: Microsoft reveals a new first-party Xbox One title during the pre-show with the world premiere trailer. Plus, we check in with Kotaku's Stephen Totilo and USA Today's Mike Snider for their thoughts on the Xbox conference. Also, the world premiere of a new trailer for LEGO MARVEL SUPER HEROES.

XBOX: A NEW GENERATION OF GAMES REVEALED

Live from the Galen Center, Xbox's Don Mattrick and Phil Spencer take the wraps over more than a dozen new game announcements for the Xbox One. The countdown to the PS4 briefing begins! I don't know why they continue doing it. Every other company seems to have realised that people on the obscure continent of Europe quote like watching these things as well.

Because at that time a far bigger audience of working folk from the east coast of the states won't be at work?

Given the times (and my connection performance during the original PS4/Xbone reveals) I'm probably going to skip all of the live action and watch Youtube highlights on Tuesday evening, although that'd probably require another social media/community blackout in the intervening hours...

Work & sensible bedtimes can go fuck themselves this year. E3 has been absolutely rubbish for years now, but this one is going to be fantastic. I'm looking forward to it immensely & I say it every year & I'll say it again: the best part of every E3 conference is always the live commentary on rllmuk. It takes snide, withering cynicism to another level & has me in stitches every time. :D

The highlight last year was the Beyond: Two Souls reveal at the Sony conference. Cage dropped his big reveal that Ellen Paige was going to be in it and then the trailer started and she's just sitting there silently. I refresh Rllmuk and the most recent post just said "WE HIRED ELLEN PAIGE BUT WE COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY HER TO SPEAK". I was already pissing myself at that point and a few posts later someone just wrote "Cutscene: The Game" which summed the whole thing up absolutely perfectly.

I have no idea what to expect from the conference besides the obvious Metal Gear. Does Konami still own the rights to Turtles games? If so, I'd love to see a Turtles game in Arkham style. A new game from Team Silent would also be very much appreciated by me.
