Battlefield 4

It's part and parcel of the Share functionality. It's unsophisticated - basically just allowing you to trim videos, but it's good enough to make smaller clips to incorporate into Share Factory.

Just select upload video and then edit it. After you cut the required clip from your longer video, just press the circle button until you get back to your list of videos - you should see your new short clip AND the original longer file, so you can take several clips from it if needed. You don't need to upload them.

Idiwa, you missed out last night, comedy gold all night long! I think me and Kerraig were on from... 7pm-ish to 2:30am :hat:

You should defo jump in with us soon, no quicker way to learn than have Kerraig talk you through it all, in between him moaning about his controller / internet / level of drunkenness.

Sorry guys, pretty much every game I went into was lagging to hell and back. Rebooted the router, checked the NAT etc. Then the PS4 constantly was trying to eject something (no disk in) and I had to pull the plug on it. Arrrrrse! Think I only had two games where there was no lag.

Guys. Just getting into this game, I haven't really played games for the last five years. I'm just making my way through the Campaign and getting to grips with it. I'm already a crack shot!

Basically how long before I can get online with some of you, would you recommend I play through single player first?

Single player is really nothing like multiplayer - many of the weapons feel significantly different to their multiplayer versions, so I'd just jump online and get stuck in.

There are a few exclusive guns that you unlock for multiplayer when you play through the campaign. They're all decent weapons, but nothing you can't live without if you don't want to bother.

God the new maps and CTF work so damn well together. Just a shame I can never find a game.

Heres 12 mins of gameplay from an awesome 1 hour game of CTF I had earlier. It's uneditied so there might be a few boring moments, but there's also some dynamite stuff in there. Also for those of you who've just picked it up, you'll get some good tips from watching me move on how to use cover, reposition yourself, and to not beeline directly for objectives, but pace around the perimeter and pick them off.

The fight in the base village is so much fun

Theres also a really good example at about 10 secs in of the lag i'm always moaning about. Watch me fire a phantom javelin

I think I was with you for most of these. We've had some utterly amazing games over the festive period. Whether is was the days were it was me and you, or the night when we had our six hour plus session with various people from our friends lists jumping in, its just been epic!

Okay I'll get involved and see how I fare.

Ditch SP, start playing Rush, then maybe Conquest small. Add some regulars from this thread, jump in their games.

A weird question, with the new look speed options that you can set, what have people gone for?

We all play differently, Kerraig has his standard sensitivity way lower than me.

In general, have the aim down sight / scoped sensitivity lower so it's easier to track shots.

Played Battlefield Rush last night. It was fun. Got 4 kills and died 10. I didn't really understand what we were doing but when I needed to do something people told me. Like push the opposition back or defend something. I hung back a lot marking the enemy and assessing where to attack. I like taking single shots from distance. I think I'm a sniper.

ta for heads up. Makes sense for sure!

I might get back on this properly after the Halo 5 beta. I've got it for my PS4 with Premium n everything.

I tend to find I do a lot better with Arena shooters.

Yea but 'doing better' is just you comparing your K/D. Battlefield is not about (just) about K/D. Yea it's nice to be positive or get loads of great kills, but flying a chopper / plane / driving a boat / tank and caping bases, reviving team mates, actually working in a team with complimenting classes is far more satisfying once you know what you're doing than just running around spawning and dying repeatedly.

I tried to play the Halo 5 beta again. I turned it off half way through my first round. So bored of Arena shooters.
